Although Olivia’s wedding day did not end the way she expected that didn’t stop her from wanting to help other couples enjoy their special day, so she become a wedding planner. Although she has reservations, when one of her friends asks her to plan her wedding she agrees even if it means facing a lot of people who witnessed the most painful day of her life.

Luke had been attracted to Olivia from the moment he saw her, but she was his best friend’s girl. Not only was he the best man for Olivia’s wedding ceremony but he was also the man who had to tell her that her fiancé had left.

When her latest wedding takes her to the resort that Luke owns will this finally be their chance or are the scars of the past too much to overcome?

What do you get when you have a private island, private beach and private cabana...........a steamy friends to lovers!

Olivia has been left at the alter, like literally just before she starts walking down the red carpet her intended is bolting out the side door at the church. So what is a girl to do but hold it together and have a party with all the guests. Well why not as all the booze and food is already paid for. After a few days of hiding she runs off to St. Louis to start over again with a friend. Three years later she and her friend are partners in a wedding planing business, as after all those that can't do it themselves plan the perfect event for others. Olivia heads off to Bermuda to attend a friend's wedding, a good girlfriend from the old crew. She is also the wedding planner for this event but as it is a destination wedding she will still have time to have some fun.

In Bermuda Olivia meets with the wedding coordinator at the private island resort and it turns out to be Luke, whose family actually owns the resort which he runs but the wedding coordinator is out sick so he has had to step in. Luke was the best friend of her rat ex and let's just say she is more than a little surprised and also embarrassed by what had happened before. Luke however has always felt bad about what happened as he knew her ex had more than cold feet the night before the wedding but after a talk Luke thought everything was okay until the ex ran. Poor Luke also as he has always had more than feeling for Olivia since he was first introduced to her. So 3 years later and he might finally get his chance if he is willing to step it up and take a chance. The question is whether if Luke does finally admit he has always loved Olivia will she see him as anything other than the best friend of her ex and can she give him a chance?

Something Blue is a fun and flirty short story in The Wedding Season series. It was well written, entertaining, funny, sad and of course has a few steamy sex scenes and a HEA with a sunset.

Luke Morgan had been the best man at Olivia’s disastrous wedding. He had been in love with her from the moment he met her, but he kept his feelings to himself about his best friend’s fiancée. When Jesse left her at the altar, Luke was the one that had to break her heart with the news. Now that Luke knows she is coming to his resort in Bermuda, he is ready to tell her how he feels about her. Even if she rejects him, he wants her to know the truth.

At first confused that Olivia is not on the guest list, he learns she is the wedding planner. Ready to reveal his secret, Olivia is surprised but receptive. Is Olivia ready to open her heart to Luke? Will she want more than just this weekend with him? Can Luke and Olivia find the love and trust to begin a serious relationship for themselves?

I really like this wedding series so far. The story lines draw the reader in, and the characters are presented well. I especially like the cross-over of characters the reader meets elsewhere, like old friends coming back into your life. Despite Olivia’s surprise at Luke’s feelings for her, will they both take this attraction to the next level? Or is it merely a weekend getaway? Grab your copy and find out!

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is story that is part of the Wedding Series written by the Flirt Club. In this book, Olivia is a wedding planner who was stood up at the altar herself by Jessie three years ago. Olivia moved and started over with Bryony from Tracy Lorraine's book, and never told anyone about Jessie. When she was asked to plan a friends wedding, she knew she would see some of her old friends and they all knew about her heartbreak. Olivia was going to a tropical island for the destination wedding and was shocked to see Luke. Luke was Jessie's former best friend and he owned the resort where the wedding was taking place. Luke was happy to see Olivia, he always loved her, but his best friend was going to marry her, so he kept his feelings hidden. When Luke saw Olivia, he apologized about Jessie leaving and told her he didn't think he was going to leave, he thought he only was nervous. Olivia told Luke it wasn't his fault and when Luke confessed his feelings, Olivia was shocked. Olivia was attracted to Luke and decided to see if they had chemistry and they could be together. Luke was happy to have a chance with Olivia, but she was going to return home after the wedding. I really loved this book. I loved Luke and thought he really loved Olivia. I was glad Olivia was willing to give Luke a chance and i think things worked out the way they were supposed to. Good one.

Olivia is a wedding planner she loves her job but she gets into a panic when she thinks about her own wedding with Jesse well it would of been a wedding if Jesse hadn’t of changed his mind at the last minute and ran from the church. It was Luke their best man who broke the news and Olivia doesn’t remember much after that but instead of having a wedding party Olivia and guests had a I hate a Jesse party instead. Luke Jesse’s now ex best friend has been in love with Olivia for a long time in a way he was happy that Jesse ran but he didn’t like that Olivia’s heart was broken and it nearly killed him to tell her. Now Luke runs a resort in Bermuda and Olivia is the wedding planner he’s going to man up and tell her how he feels even if she rejects him he has to because he has loved her for a long time. Another fantastic addition to the Wedding Season series and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Olivia is a wedding planner and was currently planning a friend's destination wedding. She hasn't seen any of them since her groom left her at the altar three years before. Luke had been friends with Olivia's groom to be and had been the one to break the news to her when he disappeared before the wedding. Luke has always had feelings for Olivia but now when he sees that she finally sees him as a man. Luke knows he isn't about to let Olivia get away from him this time. Olivia isn't sure if this is a wedding hook up for Luke or something more because he never really says so when everyone else goes to leaves she does too. Will Luke show Olivia he wants her for his forever girl?

This is a great story. The chemistry between them is electrifyingly hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Something Blue is a novella that is a part of the ‘’wedding season’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable.
After being left at the alter by the man she loved years earlier, Olivia isn’t looking for love. As a wedding planner, she helps other people get their happily ever after. Whilst planning a friends wedding, Olivia bumps into an old friend and sparks fly.
Luke has always loved Olivia but he never made a move as she was his best friends fiancé. After witnessing her being left at the alter, Luke held guilt over the situation. Now Olivia is back in his life, this is his chance to get the woman he loves.
I really liked Luke and Olivia. The chemistry between them was clear to see and they made a cute couple.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read.

Yahoo, another great story in the Wedding Season series by the Flirt Club authors. This is Olivia and Luke's story. Olivia is a great wedding planner a d she loves. Nothing more than to ensure that every bride has their perfect day. She planned her perfect day but her groom, Jease, left her at the altar. Jesse's best friend, Luke, was the bearer of bad.news, three years ago. Olivia now has a destination wedding all planned out at a tropical resort. All should be flawless, until Luke shows himself. Luke sees Olivia and he makes only one promise, she will not leave this island until he tells Olivia everything. Consequences be damned. Hang on to you hat, this is one hot and exciting weekend! When sparks fly between our two characters, can they let the past go and build a future?

Totally sweet and charming.
What I liked most? The way they addressed their fears and communicate and talk.

Beautiful story.

This was a wonderful story. Olivia is a wedding planner with a sad secret in her past. She's built her business into something wonderful and this weekend she's doing a destination wedding for a friend from her past. Luke is excited that his resort is hosting a destination wedding for an old friend of his, he's hoping to see Olivia there as well. Luke is disappointed to find she is not on the guest list, but finds out she's the wedding planner. Can Luke finally come clean about his feelings for Olivia? Will Olivia reciprocate those feelings? This is a beautiful story and I highly recommend it!

Ultimate heartbreak turns into the ultimate love - what more can one ask for in a series such as this one - weddings and weddings and some more weddings, and - well wedding season it certainly is!!! The story is short, easily read in an evening, it is light, smooth, easy to read and overall a really sweet story with the always popular HEA. The characters are well written and even though there is not much room for drama and details, there are enough of both to make the story come together in a good way. So well done to the author.

I love when characters cross over. Mallory is Bryony's business partner from Something Borrowed by Tracy Lorraine in this same series. Years ago she gets stood up at the altar and she moved away. Now she encounters her old friends again, including Luke who was her ex's best friend and the one who had to break the news. What happens when he admits that he has been in love with her since meeting her but didn't want to stand in her way? It's explosive, I will tell you. I love how the story is told and how they don't waste any time.

Second chances can be the best chances
Olivia is a wedding planner. She's off for a job on a destination wedding in Bermuda. Even with her own wedding debacle, she still loves them. Loves to help make the couples big day memorable. Luke owns the resort in Bermuda. He and Olivia were friends. He was the best man in Olivia's wedding that never happened. He has also secretly loved her all along. When they meet to go over details even after all this time he's still over the moon for her. He decides to tell her and romantic, sexy sparks fly. They both have issues with sharing their feelings but they need to get past that or lose out on something amazing. Great story that left me smiling.

Luke has loved Olivia since the day he met her unfortunately she was introduced to him by her boyfriend and his best friend. So he stayed on the sidelines and watched his best friend get his girl, but not everything ended the way it was supposed to and Olivia was left heartbroken. Years later these two meet up again and sparks fly. Woth nothing stopping it love blooms between these two. Will they fi ally fight for their hea or will they let fear drive them apart once again? This was a sweet book about how sometimes the right timing makes all the difference. It was a great book short and sweet.

I enjoyed this fun quick read! It's a delightful addition to the "Wedding Season" series. It's a stand alone story by a member of the Flirt Club. I love Luke and Olivia's story! She is a wedding planner who was left at the alter by her fiance. Luke was the best friend of her fiance and the one who had to break the news to her. Luke has secretly been in love with her for years but did not act on it because of his friend. This story really sucks you in and keeps you hooked until the very end. I love the drama, romance, passion and development of the story.

This was so sweet and romantic that it took me away to a secluded island and had me dreaming of running away there to re-new my vows. I loved this story! I didn’t want it to end.

Olivia is a wedding planner who is in one of her friend’s wedding. She is wearing two hats for this wedding. She is surprised to see Luke at the resort where the wedding is. She has not seen him for years. They both feel the attraction that has below the surface. Will they be able to make something more after the wedding is over?

Love this! Love this new series!

Ex’s best friend, it’s always the person you least expect! Luke lusted after Olivia for so long but said nothing and did nothing because she chose his best friend. 3 years later that all changes. I loved how they were both cautious of their feelings and each other, then the airport chase which failed to reunite them but the good ol ferry did it.
That island sounded perfect and I wished I could live there. A private island, a sexy man, what more could you want??

Something blue, huh? Guess it turned yellow for joy. The person who would bring happiness and joy to Olivia was right there all along. Luke who was waiting in the sidelines, accepting that she is his best friend’s girl until she was left in the altar. After 3 years, they met again and connected and the girl he looked from afar is now his.

The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

a nice story to read. she is a woman who has experienced a terrible day and is someone who wants to do everything to help her but does not because of his feelings for her .. a meeting 3 years later she brings each other and the sparks Fly off. I enjoyed this story and it gives me 4 stars
