I didn't know how much I would love the book till I read it from the beginning to end at one go. Having read the first two in the series, I was super excited to read the finale. Omg the book did not disappoint. No siree... It was one rocking journey filled with twists and turns which had my heart galloping away at top speed.

The previous two books dealt with the electrical grid failing, the president abandoning, vice president having his fingers in a lot of evil pies, double and triple crossing people. This book dealt with how the heroes would bring power back to the world set in darkness. Brothers Simon and West, friend Collins along with Agent Riya and Quinn and president's daughter Alex got together and worked as a team to save the world.

Authors Kimberley Perkins and Deborah Adams have written a brilliant book where each chapter worked like a grid bringing an accelerating thrill into my heart, piece by piece. At no point did the action let up. The girls in this story were independent and self reliant. My Quinn returned with this book. The characters were good, bad, and some in between. The authors did not back down in writing tough scenes. Emotions ranged from romance to friendship to betrayal to death. I felt every moment of this book keenly; some of them had me feeling utterly devasted.

The story left me with a feeling of awe and wonder that the two authors have to be so much in sync with each other to write a book in a detailed manner taking care that all the plot lines are complete. They are mad geniuses to think of such a complex plot bringing together all the characters from the first and second book and tying them up in a pretty bow, a perfect gift for me.

This book, like the previous ones, did not allow me to think or breathe. It just read like a three dimensional kickass movie complete with action, twists, political power plays, missing scientists, soldiers, guns and knives, romance and relationships and at the root of it all - family and saving the world. A brilliant thriller.
Whew... What a ride!!

A fantastic conclusion to Waypoint! It was good to read more about Simon and West and their friends (and enemies). The book begins with Simon in prison. His friends want to help him escape but can they trust the people who offer to help? Everyone seems to have a different agenda. The most important thing is to get the power back on. Along the way they learn surprising things about themselves and each other. Highly recommend!!!

I received a digital arc in exchange for an honest review. This is simply my opinion on the book and is not influenced by any external factor.

After reading Waypoint and loving it, I was excited to dive into book 2 and see how the story continues. As I mentioned in my review for Waypoint, it ended in a way that makes you really want to read the next one, and we pick up in Constellation right where Waypoint left off. We know why the power went off and who was behind it, but can our group of heroes outsmart the government and restore the world to its former glory?

Just in my opinion, there are some references to the Waypoint novella, Intel. It’s not required to read this before reading Constellation, but it certainly would put more things into perspective and make it a more enjoyable read.

Here’s what you can expect while reading Constellation:

• It is an addicting fast paced story that you will not want to put down. The story itself is constructed well and flows and melts into a smooth story.
• The story is told from four perspectives, and each chapter is clearly annotated to indicate whose point of view we are reading from. We start where Waypoint left off, with Simon in jail and the others trying to bust him out, working with an alleged terrorist group.
• Expect tense and exciting action scenes, but no graphic violence.
• The gamer references – if you like Final Fantasy as much as I do, you’ll instantly get the reference from the first chapter in Simon’s perspective. And so many of the settings, especially when Simon takes the guard’s helmet, reminds me of video game settings (for example, Metroid).
• There’s a little more focus on romance in this book, but it is still only a minor plot point and does not interrupt the flow of the story.

This is one of the best series I have read, I love the writing style, I love the plot twists, the action, the excitement. The characters are all great, and it even ends on a sweet note that is not rushed or leaves unanswered questions. In summary, just amazing!

Rating: 4.5/5 (rounded to the nearest full star).

Everyone is still in the dark at Waypoint as our friends failed to get the power turned back on when we left them in book one. Now they are racing trying to remedy their mistake. Constellation begins with Simon trying to escape from prison but runs into a little trouble and ends up trapping himself but his trusty friends are there to lend him a hand and help him with his escape.

On the outside Simon, Riya, Alex, West and the rest of the gang are still trying to get the power back on but need to recruit a few more people to help them with that. As our friends split up and go their separate ways trouble finds them every which way they turn. They face battle after battle on their journeys both mentally and physically. They are faced with dangers, death and betrayals along the way.

Once I picked up Constellation it was on then and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough racing around with our characters as they faced each twist and turn which had my adrenaline pumping just waiting to see what is around the next corner. Constellation is filled with enough action to keep you flipping the pages.

I highly recommend Constellation to all fans of apocalyptic, dystopia stories with plenty of action to keep you hooked.

Constellation was everything I was hoping it would be! It was action-packed from beginning to end, and the differing storylines kept me intrigued throughout. Deborah Adams and Kimberley Perkins are amazing storytellers. They know how to build suspense, develop characters, and craft perfectly plotted scenes.

I’ll admit, the varying perspectives in Waypoint threw me off a little, but after getting to know Simon, West, Alex, and Riya from that book, I loved getting back inside each of their heads in Constellation. I especially admired the strong, independent female characters. But honestly, all of the characters, even the secondary ones, were unique and well written!

Constellation is the perfect blend of action, adventure, and angst. No matter what genres you typically prefer, give this book (and the others in this series) a chance. You won’t regret it!

The continued twists and turns bring this series to an awesome conclusion. The character development we see in book 2 is just phenomenal.

YES! I was SO excited to get my hands on Constellation. I absolutely love this series and the finale didn’t disappoint. Not one bit!

Constellation picks up where Waypoint left off. Once I picked up this book there was no setting it down. It was everything I hoped for and more. I love the world building. This is such a unique concept.

Favorites from the previous book show back up here and are continuing to develop. I absolutely love Deborah Adams and Kimberly Perkins writing. They created realistic characters and a fantastic plot. I can’t wait to see more from them!

Highly recommended!!

Constellation was a little slower than Waypoint but more than makes up for it will great character development and a sense of always moving forward. The in depth look into each of the main characters in this book gives you a greater understanding of what drives them and really helps you connect with characters. I'll be really bummed if I don't get to see these characters again and might have to start a email campaign to force another book!
