This is a good read. It accomplishes what it states to help you find more joy. It's a take on Abraham-Hicks and it's a good introduction to it too. If you're looking for more joy, this book will help without a doubt. It's also a great introduction to the Abraham-Hicks books / lifestyle if you so desire to learn more.
