While I appreciate the whole person or "whole hearted" emphasis on leadership skills, I'm not sure there's a lot of new ground covered here

I enjoy reading leadership books and this was an interesting one. It was a quick read and boils down to the question: do you have the difficult questions with others and with yourself. It took a couple of hours to read and I enjoyed it.
