What I like about this book is its very funny and ridiculous it has a lot of different storys in every chapter is what happened in his life (Andy Griffiths) Wow his life is very hard to believe but it is very very funny. Why I chose this book is it looked wacky and funny in the cover looked crazy and it had bright colours on it.
My favourite character in this book was Andy Griffiths he is also who made the book! He sounds like he is very important and crazy.
My favourite chapter in this book is chapter 1 I like this Chapter because it happened in my life too the chapter is about band aids this chapter is very disgusting and very funny I think this is the funniest chapter in the book!
While I love their series I didn’t like this book one bit. Really disappointed me so decided to stick with the series and not going to read any more stand slimes by these authors.
Andy Griffiths’ Just Crazy is a fiction novel based on different stories of a story particularly about the crazy life of an 11-year-old boy. The main character, Andy, Andy is a humorous, joking, and is consistently making a fool of himself. The story is also expository/ a narrative perspective (telling us), because sometimes Andy is talking to us and sometimes Andy is talking to someone else which is interesting for those of you who like diary formed/based novels. I read this book to the end because it hooked me on by Andy’s personality and how he makes a fool of himself. This book makes me feel for Andy especially when he is embarrassed. However, for those of you who dislike many settings and stories in one novel or a full of nonsense packed in one then you might want to avoid this novel. On the other hand, if you like the novel Diary Of a Wimpy Kid then Just Crazy is just right for you!
In this book there were some stories. The first one was band aid and the second one was mostly about a fog that ate stuff and the next one was about a crazy, bad, dumb, bad, crazy idea, guess why it was like that? Because there was this boy that got heaps and heaps of balloons, enough to get him to float in the air and guess what happened? There was this power line and he risked his while life and he was almost nude when he got back. And the last one was mud men about a son and a dad who had their house completely shut down and the key were in the apartment and they were nude and they didn't want to go onto the street without towels. And they rolled around in the mud and they jumped from garden to garden towards the apartment and in the end they got the keys and opened the door and got their clothes on.
Oh my goodness if this wasn't the greatest series written for middle grade kids who want to be endlessly entertained then I don't know what is. These books are the most fantastic, imaginative, gross and wonderful stories, not to mention the illustrations! The book is filled with flip pictures, other smaller stories of cartoons across the pages and it is just SO entertaining. I have never laughed so much reading anything in my life, and despite being about twelve or so when I did read them all, I'm sure they'd still make me laugh just as hard now. Do your kids and yourself a favour and get hold of them all!
Yet again, Andy Griffiths is a magnificent writer, making tehe most out of every situation. I watched an interview with him once on T.V. and I agree with his idea of writing 'the just series'.
...things you want to do but would never dream of actually doing it.
I have had some of these encounters myself, personally I call them lifetime dreams, LOL.
Just recently I did a lifetime dream of eating spaghett, but really messy. At the end it was like all over the floor and my face was stained orange! ^w^
This is a book about a kid called Andy and his funny tales some off which involve his best friend Danny and a girl he likes from school called Lisa. I thought it was a really funny book especially the mudman story and the story called a really crazy bad dumb idea. I would definitely recommend this book
This book has multiple shortstories inside it, it is really funny and a really good read. Its about a boy called Andy, that has unusual stuff happen to him Its a average sized book, and i would recommened to 10-14
I read this when I was bored from my cousin's bookshelf After that I kept reading it. Some stories are gross, some are funny and some are just plain crazy.
Again, like Just Tricking, this book doesn't help you at all, however, it has many different and funny stories. You couldn't sleep because of this book cauz this book really is funny!
Hilarious book about teeth glowing in the dark, flying away with balloons and eating a goldfish. Read this book if you want to feel a little bit more normal.
this is another one of my favrote books. this book has 9 storries in it and my beast one is when his dog snottie eats his homework he cant tell the teacher that so he makes the dog vomit it back up.
From Paul Jennings to Andy Griffiths, this is an awesome book! Love the drawings in the pages, the stories themselves. I'm always finding myself rereading this book time and time again.
