I thought this book was very interesting. I was able to learn about all the different things that Jackie Robinson did before he started baseball.

For my second book in the winter I read "Jackie Robinson" by John Grabowski. The book is about a profesional baseball player whose name is Jackie Robinson. His brothers are athlete too, Jackie has two brothers and the old brother was playing football and the little brother was a 200 meter runner. My favorite part of the book was that followers of the team that they were going to play with they said that they were going to kill Jackie and they said that if he attempted enter a ball game at crosley field. This was my favorite part of the book because it was the most interesting thing because the book is all about the life of a baseball player and that was about the life of the fans and him. I think that the purpose of the author for writing this book it was because he will be a follower of Jackie Robinson and he will like baseball.

I connected to this book because when I was little I played baseball and my dream was to be a profesional player like Jackie Robinson. I learn that I'm not going to be a profesional player because the life is difficult, the life of a profesional player is difficult because there are a lot of people who hate some players and they want to hurt those profesional players. I wouldn't recommended this book who don't like that much about baseball and I will recommended this book for the people who like baseball.
