Under Your Spell by Shiloh Walker is an angsty novella of star-crossed, ill-fated reincarnated witches. Like other stories of this type, full of paradoxes. This is not really my cuppa; I didnt care for Jude Deveraux's Remembrance which also dealt with star-crossed reincarnated lovers just to give another example but I can see people who love reincarnation stories liking this one.
This novella was also available as an ebook in the HOT SPELL anthology (not to be confused with the anthology of the same name that Walker did with Lora Leigh.)
