I don't remember a lot else about this book, which I read while rehearsing in 2012 a musical I'd written, which was being directed by someone who didn't want to direct the script that was written...and then had eruptions if anyone questioned this...
However, I seem to recall that this was a valuable book, written in short useful sections...
