I liked the book it has a lot of helpful tips but some of it seemed too obvious. but it was a good starting guide for the recently diagnosed.

My friend was diagnosed with state 3 breast cancer, and I wanted to understand it, so I bought htis book. Monique was very transparent, and I found myself, several times, as one of the friends she described. I laughed, heartily...once or twice tears welled up in my eyes. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this read.
