Generally, I enjoy neither tennis nor the hideously named genre "chick lit." But since I loved Sister Cities by Colette Freedman I decided to gee this one a whirl. And you know what? I enjoyed it. It's funny and sweet and rings true. It's a fast read so if you're looking for a fun be achy type book, give this a try.

This is a fun read which reminds me of Jennifer Weiner. The writing is funny and the characters are perfectly flawed as they try to navigate the world of dating in Los Angeles. I liked the writing style and found this an entertaining read.

BEST book I've read in a long time. In this economic vortex, it's nice to lose yourself in a fun, romantic comedy that isn't misogynistic. Great characters, witty banter, believable settings and a wry and unique voice.

I ordered this book at the library because all the reviews on amazon.com were 5 stars. I received the book and was surprised that is was only about 125 pages. Then I noticed that it was a novella and it made sense. Either way it was a fun, light, SHORT, read. Nothing great, but not horrible.

Fun short read with snappy dialogue and good characters. Some of the lines and circumstances actually made me laugh out loud. I haven't done that in a while.

Cheesy female fantasy, waste of time. Yet again the insecure mess meets a man who falls in love with her, regardless of the fact that she has zero confidence.
