A mildly interesting, though very specific writeup of a great British debate about Windscale's application to the UK gov't to process nuclear waste from power plants around the world, notably Japan. Was disappointed as I was hoping to read more about the 1957 Windscale incident, but while it's obliquely referenced in the book, there is almost no actual information about it. Out of print and hard to find because, frankly, it's not really very interesting in terms of the bigger picture of nuclear power in the United Kingdom or globally.
