Hello,

I am the author of insane joy. I am writing my own review. In truth, I do not believe that it is my best work. But it is by far my most enjoyable. If you simply want to relax while learning about the trials and struggles of mental illness, then read this book!!!

I can't be objective about this book, so I won't give it a rating, because it was written by a friend and deals with his life. I was imagining my friend in this story, and I don't know if it was that fact or the way it was written that made it so compelling to me, but I loved it.
