На самом деле прослушал набор программ, не уверен что это 100% эквивалентно данной книге. Книга в принципе понравилось, ничего особо нового, но такого рода книги время от времени нужно перечитывать (как например "Психологию влияния" Чалдини)
В общем норм. Перечитать годиков через несколько по достижению соответствующего настроения.

Great, easy read on negotiating. It’s not specific to real estate, it teaches you the unwritten “rules” of negotiating. It will help you understand what is happening in a negotiating situation (like a car dealership) and give you some simple, memorable ways to improve your negotiating results. - Paul Mayer
