An exhaustive account of the procedures of the parliament written in an interesting and funny way. This is not a book of reference like the "Parliamentary Practice" by Erskine May, but only serves as a readable book on procedure, intelligible to an educated reader. The examples used in the book often referring Hansard, bring a live picture of the House of Commons and the Greats that we've heard about such as Llloyd George and Edmund Burke.
