Third in the series, this is the one I would see on the "You May Also Enjoy" pages in other books; I didn't even know about the others ("...the Creeps"; "....Freaks") until recently. I'm glad I've read them all now.

Published in 1978, Chloris and the Weirdos sports dated and repetitive dialogue. Even so, I found moments to enjoy of 13 year old Jenny's story. "Women's Lib" makes a few appearances, as Jenny begins to realize her divorced mother is also a woman who wants independence. Jenny's boyfriend Harold is a delight, and the cooking and cleaning son of a single policewoman.

I barely remember this, but I wanted my kids to read it (and saved it for my kids-to-be), so maybe they can figure out why!

This i a great book and it is a romance and suspence book.
I like it but other people thik it is just another one of Kin PLatt's books.
