I read this while on the train to see my brother. This had to be the sort of book people made before television and youtube existed. It goes through how a ton of things "work" in alphabetical order, from catalytic converters, to can openers, to just about everything under the sun.
I found it fascinating and from a just tossing things in my head that I might one day care about, loved it. I would likely still read this annually if they put it out, but I doubt it.
I gave it three stars because I can't see this being popular among the general populous.
