I have read the original version of this story and have watched the TV show's episode of this book. I have to admit, Wishbone never disappoints!

As with the others, a good way to get younger kids into reading, and introduce them to classic books in language they can understand. I belive I will find the original to all the wishbones I have! (I have two so far! And have read one more!) Also, this series (Classics) is the best. Its much less disjointed than Adventures.

I only read this because it was in my garage and I needed something to read but I actually enjoyed the story immensely. I think I will need to read the original sometime. :)
