As an engineer, where does channelling and Indigo children fit into all this? As Lee tells it, God had to hit him "between the eyes" to prove his spiritual experience was real. The year 1989 was the turning point when finally came together, after some years earlier a psychic told him about his spiritual path and then three years later the second unrelated psychic told him the same thing! Both spoke of Kryon... a name that almost nobody had ever heard.
Timidly, the first writings were presented to the metaphysical community in Del Mar, California, and the rest is history - with a total of twelve metaphysical books being released in a ten-year span. There are now almost one million Kryon and Indigo books in print in twenty three languages worldwide.

I love the Kryon books and I generally give them 5 stars. However, I didn’t find this one as rewarding as I usually find these books. This was mostly because I read it too late – it deals with the energies of the years 2000-2012, and we are now in 2014. Thus, the book wasn’t captivating as it otherwise would have been.
In the first part of the book Kryon gives us a metaphor about the human train, about how we have changed tracks. We took a higher track, leaving the old one and all its old energy predictions behind.
Kryon talks about “the circle of the now”. Our path is not a straight line, but a circle. I won’t say much more about the main content of the book for the above-mentioned reason.
The book consists of channellings before the millennium change, channellings after “passing the marker”, i.e. after crossing to the year 2000, up to June 2000, together with additional chapters not comprising Kryon material. These latter include a short article by Jan Tober about “the death phantom” (which I didn’t really understand) and an interview with Jan Tober by Rick Martin about the Indigo children, which I found illuminating.
These children are characterized by having a blue aura (hence the name), being hyperactive, “wild”, with amazing energy, and extremely intuitive and creative. They often get ADHD and ADD diagnoses. They may require supplements of magnesium, B6 and amino acids. They come from the tenth dimension with a message of love. They are wise and know they deserve to be here. They “act like royalty”.

The final chapters of the book include material by Marc Vallée and Woodie Vaspra about the work they are carrying out to organize a World Council of Elders of indigenous peoples so as to make their wisdom available for the good of all humanity. This is something Kryon has suggested on at least two occasions when addressing the U.N.
To sum up, this book is obviously worth reading, since it’s a Kryon book, but I won’t directly recommend that you do, since, as stated above, it’s a book we should have read years ago, when it first came out!

I got stuck in the middle of this book because he is describing energy around y2k and that is so last decade. But, I did appreciate the congratulations in it for humans turning around the energetic state of the Earth, overcoming fear etc. I also resonated with the explanation that some people who have felt unable to expand their energetic body (aura, etc) and have felt the need to protect themselves from old energies have instead "fortressed" their physical bodies. I do recall being told twice by different people that my aura was huge or took up lots of space and I thought this was a complaint from them at the time. I also had weight gain when I was working in a situation where I did feel I had to protect myself. Thank goodness we can now let our energy bodies be their full size and the physical body can be as small as we choose!
