Not too bad for a leadership-inspirational-type book. I like the sailing metaphors despite my lack of sailing experience. It's too much to read all at once, though. Little bits at a time would have been better.

This is a fun, simple book to use in personal or professional reflection--it even for vignettes to share in PD and PLCs about our work in education, tying the work to Barth's lifelong love of sailing.
