Greg's love life shouldn't concern her Verity had respected Greg Hallam long before she'd met him. His name was legend among the islands.
But when his schooner docked at her home in Yara, a South Pacific island paradise, Verity was surprised to discover she'd fallen in love with the man who'd inspired the legend.
Not that anything could come of it. The gorgeous but scheming Stella made it clear that she'd marked Greg for herself!
This was a 2.5 star-read for me. The H was a man with a shady past, and the h completely sheltered and overly defensive due to her unusual upbringing, but it was pretty clear that they did actually have a good basic compatibility. I also couldn't blame the h too much --no one was really straight with her and she was trying to piece together a complicated situation.
There were some interesting secondary characters, too -- a strength of this author, I believe. The author did good job of the circumstances that forced the resolution -- I could definitely visualize the situation.
