This volume contains two of Vilsoni Hereniko's best-known plays: A Child for Iva and Sera's Choice. The cover shows the cast for the first production of Sera's Choice in Suva, Fiji.
The great thing about these plays is that they are written in the local vernaculars, and, in the simple style, discuss an array of cultural, gender, racial, spiritual and economic issues.
Both texts function easily as readings, and of course, in their intended on-stage format(s).
I technically learned many things and many problems and situations in what the characters had to do and face in order to survive.I found it quite heart breaking and also interesting in how they both loved one another .although in the end,it is sad but also a lesson learnt for getting into trouble.
