The original, fully restored classic Western novel follows a timid young man as he comes to term with violence and touches upon the love between an Indian and a white.
A writer from age 17, Les Savage Jr. was a contributor to pulp magazines for a number of years. In addition he penned over twenty books. A few of his better known titles are: "Treasure of the Brasada," "Silver Street Women" and "The Royal City."
Table Rock was the last novel Les Savage finished. The first half of the novel is a character study of a young kid who is nervous and unsure of himself, and second half is more of a mystery/suspense story as the kid has grown up and searches for the man who murdered his parents. This is more psychological than the typical Western of the mid-20th century.
