Personal reaction,
I loved this book because it informs the children about the properties of the air like it mix of some gases like oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen. Also, there are several experiments about the air and the step to help students try it.

Purpose/use in the classroom,
Read aloud for children from age seven to ten. Children will be able to learn several things about the air concept

Children whose age are eleven and up can read it by themselves. It helps them to learn and try the examples of the experiment by themselves. They will be able to learn what is air, how air changes when heated, and they can learn about air pressure.

Teachers can use some of the example of the experiments to use in their classroom. This book has great information about the air properties and lots of facts about it, so it is good sources for students to use if they have a project about the air.

The language is good, and the author described the subject very good. The images are beautiful and some of them are from are real.
