With the exception of Chapter 1, this book on the history of Pompano Beach was boring and lackluster. Other than the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse and The Indian Mound, there’s nothing else that’s truly remarkable about this city. The city is beautiful, but there’s nothing of interest that grabbed my attention, historically speaking.
