Millions of boys and girls dream of play Professional Sports but only a few dreams come true. For most playing professional sports is a long shot. Mike Jones was one of those kids with big dreams of being a football player, but would his dreams turn to reality.
He starting off like most kids playing baseball, basketball, and football in his neighborhood parks in Kansas city,Mo , and then in school. He was a running back in high school and college. He went undrafted. Finally, he was signed to the Oakland Raiders in 1991. The team had an ok record, this was his big break; maybe his dreams were coming true or maybe not.
Mike would become more of a bench warmer, and he would be let go a few times and resign to Different team. With his not so good start in the NFL under his helmet who would ever think Mike Jones would make one biggest plays in super Bowl history at super bowl XXXIV.
