I thought I'd read this because I have been to Cherburg a few times. It's a sad story of an aboriginal family being removed from their traditional home to Cherburg Mission. Aboriginals were treated horribly :( it's so sad but thankfully Albert Holt had the courage to escape and make a good life for himself.
I really enjoyed reading his story.
