Mooiste boek dat ik gelezen heb! Prachtig hoe hij zijn geloofsleven beschrijft en hoe hij tot Jezus gekomen is!

Grote aanrader om te lezen!

Why Me? Jacob Damkani
I read this years ago and only just remembered. Jacob shares about his Jewish understanding and how he came to grasp the knowledge that Jesus is the Messiah. ***

Wow! This book is truly helpful in understanding life from a Jewish perspective and seeing God at work in Jacob's life. I do not perhaps follow everything he concludes, however it is a must read to understand the Jewish struggle and has helped me futher in appreciating my role as a church elder and pastor in dealing with Israel issues and how we must have a passionate heart for God's elect nation.

Jacobs personal struggles in life are far from pleasant reading, after a long spiritual journey Jacob found faith and conversion to his Jewish Messiah. I found inspiration reading his story when authentic transformation takes place in an author. I have met Jacob when he travelled through New Zealand.

(World Religion course read) A pretty enjoyable inspirational read and actually fairly well written, but a little rambling and with some unfortunate plug for Zionism and confusion of the political entity of Israel with the Jewish people. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to understand the truth that Christianity is simply the fulfillment of Judaism.
