This is a wonderful book about healthcare and positive thinking. I put it off for a long time. But then I finally got with it and read a chapter a day as per the book's instructions. This book should be at every hospital bedside and given to every doctor, medical student and nurse. Because there's so much about holistic medicine and thinking that is inter-related.
Arnold talks about the mind, placebos, thoughts, words, anger, forgiveness and it talks about how the mind can affect the body. It also shows how doctors have not even begun to tap into the potential of this. I wish they could upload a picture because this book which is also sponsored by the Napolean Hill foundation is fantastic. If you want to be healthy do read this book, half of your ailments may be because of your mind.
