I personally thought this book was great. This book helped a lot with a passion project that I needed for an English 2 class. My project was about leadership and the jrotc program. This book is very helpful with incoming freshman or incoming cadets as a whole. Leadership, it is not necessarily something you can learn from a book, but leadership is something you can obtain basic information from a book and I can say I know other books you can really do better getting information on basic leadership. I found this book also helpful with better explaining jrotc to people interested in the topic. I strongly recommend this book to anyone interested in njrotc or the navy. This book is so far one of my favorites!
