This book is beautifully written and will no doubt change your perspective on the Amidah or Shemonei Esrei daily prayers. If you've never taken the time to read through these tradtional prayers, I urge you to do so. They are piercing to the soul. What could unite us more than prayer? The chapters are often short yet thought provoking; thus making the book a great devotional.
