I didn't finish this book. I found it quite boring and I usually enjoy folklore. I usually don't abandon books, but with over 200 books on my to read list, I didn't want to waste my time.

This collection of folklore and myths from around the world presents stories that are entertaining and thought provoking. Baltimore based storyteller, Meliss Bunce, not only has written engaging and compelling stories but has created a well rounded storytelling experience. She opens the book with an introduction explaining her purpose in writing this book and ends each story with personal commentary on relationships in general and hers in particular. The book ends with an Epilogue Some Thoughts for Storytellers on Using This Book, and a detailed annotation of story sources. Married couples, at any stage of their relationship, will find this book enlightening, entertaining, and enriching.
