On July 6, 1942, when Anne Frank was only 13 years old, her whole world turned upside down. On that day, Anne and her family entered a secret apartment in an attempt to hide from Nazi soliders. Anne did not leave that apartment for two years, fearful of being captured and sent to a Nazi concentration camp. Anne's story is one of bravery and sacrifice, just one example of the Jewish strength under Nazi rule during World War.

If you're wanting a very quick understanding of who Anne Frank was then this book is for you. If you're wanting a entertaining read, pass it by. I don't care for the artwork they used, and the story was just too quick for my liking. Although I do think the graphic novel approach is a good one, there has to be a better one out there to try.
