This book provides an in-depth introduction to the principles of "A Course in Miracles." It first explains the central ideas in the ego's thought system of sin, guilt, and fear, and its defenses of denial and projection. Next, the Holy Spirit's thought system of forgiveness is explained, showing specifically how it and the miracle undo the ego's chief defense against the Love of God: special relationships. Included also are chapters on the purpose of Jesus' life, and the story of how the Course came to be written.

This is a good entry book to understanding A Course in Miracles (ACIM) which is pretty esoteric as it is (it’ll take me years to finish that book. However, this book is the “for dummies” quick version/introduction. It’s good and it exactly delivers what it says it will. I had to read it in little bits and pieces because it’s an entirely different way of thinking and I couldn’t launch into it.

I got interested in ACIM when I read the book Letting Go which referenced ACIM a few times. And discussed how it helped this woman overcome some autoimmune issues which piqued my interest. Someone else I admire teaches workshops on this stuff and I’d heard about it for years.

I’m simultaneously reading A Course in Miracles and I feel like I’m Michael Scott from The Office asking Oscar to explain it to me like I’m 6 years old. That’s what this book is: Oscar explaining the surplus to Michael.

Las aclaraciones de ciertos conceptos mostrados en el curso de milagros son muy interesantes, me encantó. Me siento lista para leer ese libro. Fue una lectura ligera y amena. Este libro no es para todos, son para personas que están estudiando el libro de un curso de milagros o que están a punto de leer.

Súper recomendado, es exactamente una introducción básica a todo el conocimiento de un curso de milagros.

Da la información muy digerida y explicada, te va llevando paso a paso por los conceptos para con mayor fluidez poder leer después UCM, teniendo claras las bases

Ich möchte mich beim Verlag Greuthof bedanken für das Rezensionsexemplar. Es gibt von diesem Autor mehrere Bücher, und eines was auf meiner Wunschliste stand ist das Buch, mit 1320 Seiten. Es ist ein „Ein Kurs in Wundern: Textbuch /Übungsbuch /Handbuch für Lehrer“

Kenneth Wapnicks Frau hat Stimmen gehört und dies war Jesus. Jesus gab ihr Infos, und innerhalb von 7 Jahren haben sie das Buch, das 1320 Seiten, geschrieben. Da der Verlag, leider mir das dicke Buch nicht zur Verfügung geben konnte (warum auch bei 1320 Seiten? Keine Sorge, ich würde es trotzdem lesen, gab man mir dieses Buch.) Wahrscheinlich um erst mal „eingeführt zu werden in das dicke Buch“

Das Buch ist für mich das Jahreshighlight 2020. Das kann ich euch hier schon mal verraten, denn es hat mir die Augen geöffnet und mir vieles erklärt, was ich unbewusst schon ahnte. „Das Ego ist kein Narr. Er stellt das falsche Selbst dar, die Gottes Trennung. Das Ende des Glaubens an die Trennung, lautet das Ende des Egos. Ego ist nichts. Ohne Sünde kein Ego.„

Das Buch ist für meinen Augen sehr flüssig geschrieben und war ein recht kurzes Buch. Ich hätte mehr Informationen benötigt. Mir hat das Buch viel Spaß gebracht, beim lesen und viele Aha Momenten vor allem wegen dem Ego. Für mich war das, was in dem Buch geschrieben worden ist, sehr nachvollziehbar. Das Cover ist nicht auffällig gestaltet, Hauptsache der Inhalt stimmte und das war er.

Un Curso de Milagros es un libro muy especial. Está escrito por una una psiquiatra que canalizó las palabras de Jesús. El libro original es complicado de leer, esta escrito en un lenguaje entre poético y difícil. Este libro el de la introducción básica hace un resumen de la columna vertebral, lo esencial, del libro UCDM. En un lenguaje llano y claro, conciso, muy fácil de entender. Uno de los objetivos es hacer un cambio de percepción, ver las cosas de otra manera, estar en paz. Al comenzar a leerlo piensas que es un evangelio, nada que ver, quizás te chocan las palabras Jesús, Espíritu Santo, pero nada tiene que ver con el cristianismo o el evangelismo. Si logras quitarte esos obstáculos del camino (que al menos a mi me aparecieron con la terminología) encontrarás una mina de oro.
