Horticulturist Jennifer Wilde of the Institute of Flora and Fauna Research (IFFR) knows a visit from the company’s new CEO can’t be good news. The man is rumored to have left a trail of ex-employees in his wake. Determined to deliver an A-1 presentation she’s far from prepared for the instant attraction she feels for the sexy executive. One thing’s for certain, she’s never gone in for office romances and she won’t start now. Wik Redwood is in “heat,” or more accurately in pollen. His urges are definitely impacting everyone around him and if he doesn’t mate soon… The bottom line is he needs to find the right woman, and fast. A fated crossing of paths has him setting his sights on a certain rubenesque scientist who makes his roots tingle. He’s determined to have her yielding to the Floran way of loving.

Pretty good

I think my only complaint is that it wasn't long enough. Very cute story. I hope she writes more in this series.

This was different for me in the aspect of the shifting. Its what they shift into that's a little different for me, but if your planing on reading the book I'll leave that up to you ladies to read. This is a short read of around 1423 in length. Jennifer works at the company IBBW as a scientist. For her research she is presenting it to the CEO who she has never met before, Wik Redwood, who is also a Botan shifter. Immediately, Wik knew Jennifer was his life mate that he has been searching for for years and pursues her during and after the presentation. I like his chase, it was cute.

It's a cute, shifter story that I enjoyed. Even though I found it nice it wasn't wow, it was just your typical shape shifter story.
