A heads up - this is definitely more of a workbook than anything else! As usual, Katie (and Elisha) give practical tools and great conversation starters for your spouse on preparing for postpartum. My two favorite tools included easy ideas to show your spouse love/encouragement during the seasons and the section on practical ways to answer people when they ask how they can help (things that ACTUALLY help). She gives suggestions on handling sleep deprivation, postpartum intimacy and how to confront the unmet/unrealistic expectations we can have pp.
