Pippa:
Owning and operating a home for victims of domestic violence doesn’t leave a woman wanting a man in her life. Not a permanent one anyway. Having been a victim myself, I chose to open this refuge to help others that are in a similar situation that I had been. I was one of the lucky ones because my foster mom was always my rock, my safe haven. It was never me alone against the world. We decided, together, that we wanted to be just that for others. New Horizons is born and we are on a mission to save all that we can.

Pooh:
I’m restless, bored and I want more. I want what some of my club brothers have found. I want that one woman that is meant to be mine.

The problem is that I don’t know any women that qualify. Being in a motorcycle club brings women around in flocks but they’re not meant to be mine when they’re clearly everyone’s girls.

Then I meet her. The One.

Now the problem is that she is not interested in me or a relationship and not a big fan of men in general. She’s a strong, independent woman and a little spitfire when it comes to protecting those she’s sworn to keep safe.

She will be mine and I’ll prove to her that men, like me and my club brothers from the Devil’s Angels MC, are nothing like the men she’s known before.

Lola Wright is my favourite find of the year, I came across this ladies book while browsing Amazon, The Devils Angels MC is with out doubt my Top MC of the year. I don't care what came before or after, this has it all, from the humor to the hot bikers to the ladies with balls. The story lines are good and they do touch on heavy subjects but not over the top, its not a dark read, if that is what you want then go read them, but if you want a light hearted read with a fab cast of characters this is it. This just ticks all my boxes. Are they the best books ever written? no, do they have mistakes? yes, does it matter? not to me, I can overlook some mistakes. However what these books. gave us a crew I love and adore, from the very first book, with Ava and Gunner, which on its own was a phenomenal read, with that book she introduced us to the wild and wacky MC, with laugh out loud, I want one kind of pets, From hot as heck bikers with hearts of gold, it is the kind of club I would want to be part off. I didn't think she could top it as it was a debut book, I did honestly think its a fluke but no. Out she comes and then gives us Axel and Baileys story again a phenomenal book. Axel has had me howling from book 1 and I'm still going. Now she's given us Pooh and Pippa, and again the rag tag bunch of bikers pets and side kicks. This time the subject matter is domestic abuse, and this subject is close to my heart, but handled very well. Not to heavy but still hits home.
I loved Pooh in all off the previous books, so no hardship to think that he was going to be exceptional in this one. Yes he is like the rest a man whore, We had Tammy and Trigger, I do love the side stories, unexpected love at unexpected times. Axel again the star, the scene in the Toy shop had me howling not just in laughter but in pain, as I dripped hot tea on me while laughing so much at the scene. The Skunk scene, all the scenes that have him in it are laugh out loud, but he met his match in a 4 year old little ankle snapper with the mouth of a navvy and that is awesome Craig, bless his heart, the scenes with him its like Axel in miniature but underneath a darling little boy. Just read it, it will make you smile, if not howl with laughter, I dare anyone not to laugh at the sand box scene.
My only critique is the epilogue and last few chapters, If that is all we are getting in the way of Chubs and Lucy I will be most disappointed, Chubs needs his own book there is so much more to him than his obsession with food.
Overall a fabulous read, I read in one go. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOOKS.

There is good here and I feel bad that I didnt' like this one more because I like this author and her sweet way of writing romance.

Pippa is a great h, she's a survivor of an abusive relationship that turned her experience into good by providing a place for women who are escaping abusive situations. She's lovely and no martyr. She is hesitant to get into a relationship (being married to her work for the most part) but she likes Pooh and I liked them. Pooh is great, loved him.

Good side characters and some funny moments. Absolutely loved the show-down with Bailey and one of the club hoes. I've never read a scene like it and the way the club handled the troublemakers was epic. Well done.

The problem was too much page time devoted to silliness and some previous characters acting a bit too vaudvillian. And I'm sorry, but the foul-mouthed 4 year old boy was not cute and endearing. A little sass, sure, I could see that. This kid talked beyond his years it was unbelievable, like the talking Macaw and just too much. Sorry. I just would have liked more focus on the couple and sure, include the other storylines but focus on Pooh & Pippa was needed.

So good!

Book three of the Devil's Angels has the whole gang in but the main story is about Pooh and Pippa. (and Craig). Another great read! This series has easily become one of my favorites, and I can't wait to read more. Vex- I need that story now!

So in love with these bikers. This has got to be my favorite book from her so far. And here's why. One word. Craig.
That little boy is absolutely freakin' adorable. He cracks me up to no end.
I laughed so much in this book, between the pets, the dirty kid, and the brothers.
I cried a little.
I felt real pride any time one of the girls stood up for themselves or their family.
Pooh is probably the sweetest guy out of the club, besides Chubs at least.
I can not wait to find out what the hell is up with Vex.
Every time I read about a new guy in the club I fall a little bit more in love with Lola's writing.

I’m just falling more and more in love with all these characters as I read about them the second time around.
I absolutely love these books.

Yeup. Ditto👆🏻
Pooh is an absolute sweetheart, Craig is wicked smart and just plain wicked at times, Chubs is adorable and so lovable it physically pains me to not be able to hug that man through the pages at times, and the women are weary at first, but once their mind is made their loyalty is unshakable and their protective instincts are fierce.
Love this book So freaking much.

This has to be one of my favorite books of the series.
I just love Craig and the pets and Pooh SO freaking much.

Last book of the series and there isn't any more at all by this author. I really was hoping there was going to be more ☹️.
Pooh and Pippa's book. Pooh is the member of the MC and Pippa runs a shelter for abused women and children. A nonprofit organization and besides her the only other one that helps her is her own foster mom. Let's just say Pippa had a bad past. No fault of her own.
Pooh is a tough man when he needs to be otherwise he is a real teddy bear (pun intended). He is always there for when anyone needs him and a much loved member. He has been feeling restless and not wanting anything to do with the club sluts but instead he is wanting to find his own happily ever after. When he meets Pippa sparks fly for him but Pippa doesn't trust men. Guess a man has to do what a man has to do. One thing that does help him is one of the mothers staying at the shelter has a 4 yr old little fowl mouth little boy who is in need of some real man attention.
This is a really good series and I'm sad there is no more. There isn't any of the deep down dirty dealings of a MC. This is more about the men finding their other half and the danger that they get themselves into and how they came to be together.

A hot steamy sexy book with all the naughty details.

Since I last read this series the author has written many more.... just hoping they are as good as the others

Lola has simply done it again!!! I loved this book from the very first page! Pooh was as I expected after being introduced to him in previous books. He was a sweet, caring, and a badass alpha. Pippa was perfect for Pooh and a sweet and tough badass in her own right. Now as for Craig he totally stole the story alongside the beloved crazy animals. I laughed soooo many times in this book. I love the inclusion of all of the previous characters I mean could Axel and Chubs not be included? They are sooooo hilarious!!!! This book had it all for me.. Some suspense/angst and sooooo many sweet and hilarious moments!!! I totally want to be apart of this MC group they are all amazing.. hehe... Now hoping Vex gets book 4!!!!

This is the third book in the series and is Pooh’s story.

What I liked:

It was nice to see the characters from the first two books and to catch up with them to see they were still happy. I liked both Pooh and Pippa and enjoyed getting to know them. Craig was a handful but a sweet child who desperately wanted someone to love him. Trigger and Tammy were a good couple, and Chubs and Lucy were really sweet together.

What I didn’t like (possible spoilers):

I had a hard time believing that a four year old little boy not only constantly used such bad language, but that he carried on the detailed conversations that he did. He sounded much older and it just wasn’t realistic. I also felt that everyone always ganging up on Axel was run into the ground, as were the scenes with Mac the bird. The conclusions with Pippa’s ex, the Becky Wilson character, and Craig’s biological father just kind of fizzled out since whatever happened to them took place off the page.

What’s the deal with Chub’s real name, and is that something that will be explained in a later book? Are Chubs and Lucy getting their own book? I searched but was unable to find any information, but I could have just missed it.

Overall, it was an okay read. There were some eye rolling scenes and dialogue, but what I consider juvenile and silly, someone else might find funny. I would be interested to read Vex’s story, but I didn’t see anything about his book being released.

I ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY LOVE THIS SERIES!!!

LOLA I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SERIES!! I hope it doesn't end here. I have never laughed so hard while reading a book. This series is PHENOMENAL and Lola you're spectacular! Lola has such an easy writing style I loved every minute of this entire series. From start to finish I was consumed with the Devils Angels MC. The characters are so easy to fall in love with. This is Pooh and Pippa's story but it includes every character from the first two books also which I loved because the end of each book always leaves you wanting more and so does this one. Pooh is at a point in his life he's ready to settle down and after seeing what Gunner and Petey and Axel have found he wants that too. I loved how when one guy finds his love everyone in the MC falls in love with them too and they become a part of this big family even the pets. Speaking of the pets, they steal the show and then you add in the absolutely adorable little spitfire Craig and it makes for a perfect story. Pippa runs a home for women and children of domestic violence called New Horizons. The Devil's Angels MC donate money and items to them and when Pooh shows up to deliver donations from the club Pippa instantly wants to climb him like a monkey in a banana tree. Lol! But Pippa was also a victim and survivor of domestic violence which is why she started New Horizons with her foster mom Tammy. This is where Pooh falls in love at first sight and where he meets little Craig. This little guy is so ornery but it just adds to his huge personality. Craig and his mother live at the home because his father abused him and mother. As Pooh and Pippa's relationship starts to grow it goes through alot of trials and tribulations but every one of the Devil's Angels are there. Not only do Pooh and Pippa find love but Tammy does too. This series has everything you could possibly want in a series. When Pippa decides she's ready to take things further with Pooh I thought my Kindle was gonna catch on fire. Their passion was so strong you could almost feel it. Lola's scene descriptions are so perfect you'll feel like you're there. I laughed uncontrollably reading this series to the point I couldn't see to read. At times I was crying the ugly cry and the suspense gets so intense I was bouncing in my seat ready to pee my pants, again. Lmao! There are so many hilarious moments in this series but also intense moments and don't forget the smokin hot dirty talkin badass bikers. I cannot say enough about this series. And can I just say, I hope Axel and Bailey have a boy just like him. 😂 My husband thinks I've gone absolutely crazy. Lol! I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES TO EVERYONE! Lola, please, please, please tell me this series will not end here! I want, no, I NEED more. We get a taste of Chubs and Lucy's story but it's just a tease. I would love to get books on Chubs and Lucy, Vex needs a book I need to know what's going on with him. I think he's wanting to find happiness too not just meaningless sex with the club girls. I also need more on Rex, Cash, Horse Nuts, Reno and Karen and definitely more of Tammy and Trigger too. PLEEEASE! 🙏🙏 If you all don't read this series you're missing out on something amazing.😊❤❤

The best series!

I absolutely love this series! The Devil’s Angels are wonderful. Pooh and Pippa are wonderful together and if I could adopt any fictional character it would be Craig. That little boy stole this book and if Lola ever does a series for the kids I can’t wait for his book!
The best part is seeing the interaction of all the previous characters from the past two books, especially Axle and Chubbs.
Now I know Vex has to be next although there seems to be some mystery behind Chubbs. We know Chubbs loves Lucy but his story would still be great.
Can’t wait for the next one.

Better and better

This series just keeps getting better and better with every story! I am loving this author and her stories. I swear I’ve laughed so hard while reading these three books. Just when you think it can’t get any better she tops it and makes it so much more. A little suspense lots of steam and so many laughs I give up trying to count. All I know is I’ve laughed so hard I’ve cried and my stomach hurts! Loved Pippa and Pooh. Now can’t wait to get ahold of Vex’s story!!

My God I loved this book... it was funny but it did make me tear up a couple of times form the sheer hilarity and antics of some characters and also from some very tender moments. I loved each and every character in this book and of the previous books in this series. Please oh please Lola give us more. This can't be the last book of this series. I seriously just can't get enough of this MC family dynamics. Hands down this series are one of my favorite MC romance novels I've ever read!

Awesome!

I love this series because it’s an MC series that is not what I would call hardcore. It still has the brotherhood, loyalty ingrained.
I would recommend starting with the 1st book in this series to get all the feels. The men are Hot & the women are strong. You will get drama, good lovin’ & some laughter. (Hint.. you will love the pets)...anxiously looking forward to the next book!.... Thank you, Lola Wright

Anyhoo I loved Pooh and Pippa and the secondary characters. These are just freakin hilarious books.

Man does Lola Wright know how to write humour. I was cracking up by the antics in this book so much. I love the MC world she's created. It really is a loving and loyal family.

I liked both Pooh and Pippa as characters but this book didn't feel like theirs. Craig felt like the main character. The entire book revolved around him. That didn't bother me because I love kids and Craig was a huge part of their lives but the romance between Pippa/Pooh didn't really feel fleshed out to me at all because of all the time devoted to Craig. We didn't get to read about Pippa/Pooh getting to know each other. Their relationship was either talking about having sex, actually having sex or talking about Craig. There didn't seem to be anything else to them which disappointed me. I missed them getting to know each other. I missed them dating.
I do give props for making Craig prominent though. I can't tell you how many times I've read a story and the child barely makes an appearance, or is always left with other characters. That wasn't the case here and I greatly appreciated it.
What I liked about Gunner & Ava's story was that it really was about building a relationship between them. But as the more this series goes on I feel like the sex is taking over the love. I like sexy scenes as much has the next girl... but I need balance. Lust and Love in equal measure. I mean it kind of annoyed me that Pooh gets a hard on just because Pippa holds his hand. Or the sexting after a massive fight that isn't even remotely resolved? Was that really necessary?
Even though there aren't a lot of sex scenes... I feel like sex is all the couples hints at or talks about anymore in these books. I just wish their time was spent more learning and discovering each other as people not just their kinks in the bedroom. Because then the relationships feel very rushed.
I thought it was really strange that Pippa runs a domestic violence shelter but we barely hear about her abusive past. Her ex shows up and it was just drama for drama sake for one scene then he's gone? That was really strange!
Craig's Dad getting out of jail I thought was going to be a big deal but nothing ever comes of it?
Pippa being shot and Pooh accused of a very serious crime at the very end... both instances just didn't get the impact that was probably intended. I feel like Lola doesn't quite know how to give a conclusion to what she's building up too. The payoff isn't happening for me.
Also with the Devil's Angels MC getting bigger, more time is focused on what every character is doing and how they are evolving throughout the series that it feels more of an ensemble now than it does devoted to a central love story. Don't get me wrong, I love each and every one of the characters but I signed up for Pooh and Pippa and I still don't feel like I got to know them very well at all here in their story.

I can't wait to read pretty boy Vex's story now.

The writing felt amateurish. I loved the characters but at times, the verbiage felt awkward. Great premise, but the execution was weak. I loved the text messages between the MCs

Pippa runs an safe home for abused women. Pooh is donating furniture from his MC club when he meets Pippa. Pippa was in an abusive relationship years before and is leery of starting any relationship. Pippa does not play games. She tells Pooh how she feels. He knows that she is not ready to date.

The drama and other issues that were introduced were weak. I skimmed a lot.

This is my opinion. You may feel differently. Reading is subjective.

I hated giving this book a low rating.

This one is my favorite of the series so far. I loved Pooh and Piper together. Craig is a hoot! All the secondary characters add so much to the books. I really like that we still have page time with everyone from previous books so we know what's going on with them. I was curious about how everyone got their club name, it's never really explained. Careful what you wish for😨 . Again there's humor, there's sexy times and enough of a little mystery to keep you wondering without being over the top. I did feel like it got a little repetitious about the 'family' bond they all have but that's not a bad thing I guess.

9% in and I give up

I’m sorry but the over the top immaturity of the MC members, the 4 year old talking like a teenager never mind the bird doing the same thing is just too much. Plus there’s plenty other things that are just wrong in these books. Not sure how this series gets recommended as often as it does. I just can’t keep reading.

I really liked this addition to the series. Like the other books, it’s a softer sort of MC romance, this one with even less suspense and action than the previous books but no less interesting because of that. Featuring Pooh and Pippa, who runs a domestic violence shelter, this has really good relationship development. I feel like we really got to know both protagonists within their relationship as they got through growing pains and the best thing was how unconditional and healthy their love was. I liked the addition of Craig’s character- he was a cute and precocious kid, if a little mouthy. This needs to be read in order with the previous books because the ensemble cast of Devils Angels MC members and wives and girlfriends do play an integral part in the story. I quite enjoy series with an ensemble cast that runs substantively throughout the books, so this was a plus for me. I would have rated this slightly higher but for some dissonance in the book with how the club girls were spoken about. Initially, Pippa challenges the shaming and double standards, but later on she’s complicit in it. I don’t know it’s something that’s never sat well with me in MC romances but here especially, when a character acknowledged how it was problematic but does the shaming as much as others… not very nice. Chub’s epilogue was gorgeous, because it’s my favourite character, but it made me wish his book was next. Vex was kind of missing from this book and I can’t say I care too much for his story as a result. Maybe him being the next book will change my mind.

Pooh, Pippa and Craig

OMG, this book is the greatest! I laughed a lot and cried some too. Pooh finally finds a woman he wants but discovers he’s going to have to work really hard for her. Pippa runs a home for battered women with her foster mom and has experienced being battered herself. She really likes Pooh (her BILF as biker you know the rest) but her experience holds her back. Craig is a 4 year old son of a resident who lives to get dirty and has the language of a sailor. He gets adopted by Pooh and his mc brothers as Pooh tries to woo Pippa. We get the crazy antics of the whole crew and pet menagerie in this one too. Lots of action, suspense, sweet moments, a hormonal pregnancy woman and her hormonal spouse, lots and lots of laughs, romance for more than one couple and lots of steam.

*WARNING* contains explicit sexual content, crude language, and violence
I adore these characters! I have read all three of these books, but they can be read as a stand alone. The MC men are more than members, they are best friends, brothers, family. These guys do some "not so legal" things, but the good out weights the bad. With this story, not only will you get a broken female finding the strength to really live again, but you'll get ridiculously funny pets and a spunky 4 year old that might of might not change your view on boys. These books are great. I would give them mote stars if I could. These show that family doesn't always share DNA.

I really enjoy this series. All of the books have been light and fun. Despite the fact that the author tackles some heavy topics in this series (like domestic abuse), it’s always paired with a lot of lighthearted, fun and witty dialogue. The story of how Pooh got his road name was hilarious!

The same thing that bothered me about the last 2 books bothered me in this one: everything is just TOO lighthearted and perfect. I would have preferred a little more grit. Also, the pet names! Every single character in this series calls their S/O “honey, doll, sweets/sweetheart, or babe/baby”. It’s very annoying and insincere.

Can't get enough of these guys!

My goodness I laughed so hard I was crying in parts, and boy did I need that. Thank you Lola!

Pippa and Pooh are great together, really sweet. Craig the 4 year old potty mouth, I adore him! Such a sweet and smart little boy and boy what a mouth, he can keep up with Mac.

Axel and Mac fight constantly and it is hilarious! The best part of this book involves a litter box and than a porch, too funny.

Ok so there are many many other funny parts: drawings, New pets, etc. Just read this book!

Can't believe it was Chubs I thought it was Vex!I

Craig gets a happy home!
