Easy to understand

This was helpful with examples and did a nice job of explaining the benefits and requirements or establishing an operating a SMLLC

Can’t complain long over due

Being I had an LLC or 2 for 10 plus years I’ve been kind of winging it and should have read something like this out the gate. I knew most things but there were some critical details I have been screwin up on I will definitely tighten up asap
