This is more of a spiritual guide based on Hindu Patanjali and Buddhism yoga sutra. The eightfold yoga system that is followed by swami Vivekanand, swami Yogananda and perhaps by Christ and Mohammad, clearly explained in the book.

Humans are material objects but abode and made up of with one energy, which can not be destroyed but take other forms after euthanasia. Humans are humans because not of an unplanned creationist(god), who make humans ended up in This planet earth, but because of our free will have never utilised in clearing the bondage with materialism at the same time never attaching with spirituality.
Through yoga, one can unveil the secrets of creation and destroy the karmic cycle of birth and rebirth hence ultimately merge with the creator.
This book has changed my life. Gave the clarity no other books gave. I was the different person after reading this book. Really thankful to P.J.Saher for writing this Book. Please read atleast once in life.
A great concept and starts off with a very different and interesting premise of how the mind is divided into multiple sections and how exactly each section works, and is ideally supposed to work, in order to reach its full potential. The author also shares practical exercises on how one can attain 'godliness' by using the complete potential of mind, which is helpful since these aren't very complicated.
However, after about a half of the book, things start sounding a bit too fantastical and far-fetched to be true.
Maybe once I start practicing the exercises mentioned in the book, I'll revisit this review and (hopefully) increase the rating. But on the basis of my first read, I found it a slightly above average read overall. But a recomended one, nevertheless.

In breathing we introduce outside elements into our system. They are impulses reaching our nerve centres within, causing the ‘grey matter’ to give out its reactions.
Practice listening to music played by a good orchestra. (1) listen only to the principle melody. (2) listen for a counter-melody and isolate this. (3) choose one instrument and isolate it, hearing this only. (4) analyse how the harmony is built up.
Otherwise, Ashish Shukla's videos on ZenYoga, I found more insightful than this semi mathematical textbook.
Life changing adventure. Every intelligent should read and share such a wonderful book. Even if you fail to read, however you gift someone this book, you will get blessings from the universe. It is better to read without missing this opportunity to curtail your future incarnations. Your journey to the GOD will be easy.....Of course first of all you should create little interest in reading......then onward this book will pull you together.......Practice what the book tells you to do.....otherwise you will miss the train. Automatically all the negativity will disappear.....You will always remain positive all the time.
The book is too deep, also the writer of the book recommends to read the book the twice. The book explains the scientific proof of the yoga and simple practice which we do incorrectly. Also the book is research based, while reading this book you'll get to know the vibrational intensity of body and derivative functions used to calculate and proof daily life. A thorough understanding of bodily mechanisms is possible by giving this book your time. I felt very different spiritually as compared to reading other spiritual books.
