As if that were not enough, Taryn must not only find the Stone destined for him, he is driven to find the other two Stones of Teramar and their Singers. The Song of Teaching cannot be sung until all three Teramaran Stones and their Singers have been located. Allynn Riggs began telling stories before she could write them down, and after being nagged and cajoled be a determined collection of fictional characters for many years, surrendered and shifted careers to tell their stories.

When Allynn is not writing, she avidly participates in and teaches square dancing and hunts big game. The mother of three grown daughters, Allynn lives in Centennial, Colorado with her husband, Bob.

There is a quartet of books that will make up the core of The Stone's Blade Series. It's not your average science fiction tale being character driven rather than violence driven. Both "The Blood" and "The Balance" garnered awards - in The CIPA AVVY Awards. "The Blades," was published in November 2019. The fourth book of this stunning quartet, "The Seventh Stone," was published in late December 2022 in paperback format. All four books are now available in print, eBook, and soon to be in audiobook. "The Seventh Stone" also was a 2024 Book Excellence Award Finalist."
The Blood's audiobook came out in January 2025 and The Balance will be available mid to late July 2025. Pro Audio Voices is producing the entire series with multiple narrators and music where needed. Stay tune for purchasing or listening details. The four books will be produced sequentially so you don't have to wait for all of them to be completed before you can start listening.

With this third installment in her series, Allynn Riggs continues to lead us by the hand down a winding path, with delightful jewels of ideas scattered in the cobbles at our feet, the branches by our side, and the sky overhead. She has us look back a thousand years, and peer forward to a future beyond an unseen bend. Our heros, Ani, Renloret and Taryn, team up for another return to Teramar from Lrakira, this time in search of three Stones similar to the three Stones of Lrakira. They meet more like-minded searchers on Southern Continent (Jaikeer and Camfel) and the Necklace Islands (Mihalas). The growing team combines their individual knowledge and insights with ancient lore and telepathic support from canine Kela. While searching for one of the Teramarian Stones at a small mining community on Northern, Ani, Renloret and Taryn trip across their foe, Isul Treader. Treader has a formidable facility and support of the local people, and could ruin everything. It seems that threats emerge from every corner, and our team must once again use their skills at fighting with their blades to save the Stone and escape. In this book our author reveals more information about the long history and interdependence of the Stones and their Singers; and between the Stones and the entire populations of Lrakira and Teramar. The story is delightful and engaging. Obviously I enjoyed this book, and I think you will, too.
