In this book, there is a lot of discussion about keeping your body well. The entire scope of this book is about disease prevention. Rather than discussing how to fix a disease, it talks about simple lifestyle changes that could add some healthy years to your life. I would recommend this book to anyone who is concerned for their health. This book is good for healthy and unhealthy people.
