AN interesting book on the Keto Plan. there are lots of simple and tasty looking recipes. I find it hard to use any books suggested meal plans as it may not fit in my family's needs or be something hard to buy in our area or out of my budget since I cannot afford to feed everyone different meals. But these recipes fit where I can use most as a meal then just add a dish for the rest of the family to go with it.
