Apparently they wanted the same thing she did. You will love this quick, steamy short story with a strong alpha, an adventurous heroine, a little role play, and a lot heat. This book is a standalone story in the Deep Desires collection.

From the opening paragraphs, this story drips with sensuality and promise. The heat level goes from sensual to down right scorching. *fanning myself* Diego and Poppy's story is amazing!

Lovers reunited. I had no idea what to expect, but boy was I pleasantly surprised 😲. Poppy has finally returned back home just in time for the annual Masquerade. Where the wicked come out to play or just watch. Nothing really ever happens during these performances, just really really realistic looking and tantalizing. But this year Diego and Poppy have something in store for the partygoers. I liked that it was all about these lovers finally reuniting and stepping out of their comfort zone. Both have waited patiently to be together again and aren’t afraid to show the world how much they crave one another. Short and hawt and sweet. Perfect little read to get your heart racing.
Also, this author creates so many different characters and settings so flawlessly. I’m impressed with the level of detail and imagery she puts into her stories. And doing it under five chapters or so. Incredible!!

I really enjoyed this quick, steamy and fun read. Poppy and Diego's chemistry sizzles and the scenes will melt your kindle!! This one is hot steamy and just all around an awesome book. I highly recommend you give it a read!
