Will she still want him after she finds out he is a vampire? Is there forever for them when there is a bounty hunter around?

Halloween treats guys!!! This is a short read!!
Alice was tricked into thinking she was going with a professor to study castles which was a lie she was bait for a vampire living there.
Roderick has been living in the castle for few years now being lonely and just there until he smells virgin blood in his place already sprung he already knew that Alice would be his he just needs to protect her from this hunter who is trying to kill him.
I am confused
Roderick said woman vamps cant have kids.. only humans so how did alice get prego?? He said it takes an hour or so to transform?? And he turned her that night after their first time??
He said thry would have a child first then he'll bite her?? Sooo how did they even have a child in the first place? Thats what bugged me lol

I was very intrigued by the synopsis of this book. I mean, insta love with vampires? Yes! However, I wasn't a big fan of it once I got to reading. It was steamy but I kind of wanted more for the execution of it I guess. I’m sure this will be a hit for so many, it just wasn’t a favorite of mine from this author.

Commentary: I often think the sex scenes in OTT's books are too much (which is part of the advertising, really), but in this book, I found them a little...hot. They were still over the top in their descriptions, but sexier than normal. The story was a little light in backstory (for example, her parents were mentioned once, and it was enough to make you wonder a little more about them) but it was okay, I think, because this was a one-off rather than a series, and it was meant to be erotica rather than a romance story (I think).

This was basically a nice, quick palate cleanser that fit my supernatural October reading theme. It was less than 70 pages on my device, so I didn’t go in expecting a lot of character development or an involved plotline, but the story was decent and for the most part I liked it. I might have even ranked it a 3 if it weren’t for this absurdity:
How is he several inches into her and just encountering her hymen. Anatomy lesson: the hymen is at the opening of the vagina, not deep down inside it somewhere. (And I'm not even going to get into all the bs around the hymen being an indicator of virginity)
The MMC says he wants to turn her so they can be together forever, but not before he does this:

Alice applied for a job with an archeologist named Dustin but as they travel to a castle in tje woods Alice becomes suspicious of him, he doesn't know the right answers to her questions and is acting weird.
When they reach the castle Dustin starts pulling out weapons bow and arrows with a wooden gooey tip and swords.
When he drags her roughly to the walls of the castle she knows something isn't right. They enter through a secret door in the stone walls. What happens next is just shameful. Roderick is reading a book by a fire just remembering his lack of life and death when he gets a weird feeling, then his body begins to warm and get energized. Human blood, not just any blood virgin blood. But when he sees the source he comes alive but before he can process why she is there he is shot with a poisonous arrow. Dustin escapes hoping the poison will weaken Roderick but hr didn't count on Alice being so receptive to vampires. She brings Roderick her blood in a vase because he was afraid he would not stop if he feeds on her. Now energized by her blood, Distin is momentarily forgotten. Turns out Roderick was turned before he lost his virginity centuries ago they give their first time to each other. But Alice wants forever and needs to be turned to be immortal. When Dustin attacks again he is in for a surprise. The bounty on Rodericks head is ten million dollars. Apparently male vampires can breed a human woman and his seed took in her womb before she crossed over. Two hundred years later they are still in love and celebrate their anniversary with a reenactment of how they met.

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Roderick and Alice met when she gets tied up in his castle. Alice applied for a job with an archeologist and gets a job. Alice asks her boss about studying castle during the day but today they leave to check out a castle at night. Alice gets a strangle feeling about going with her boss to this castle. When Alice asks her boss about his favorite castle and he is lying to her. Alice tries to figure out a way to escape or stay with her boss who is obviously not an archeologist. When they come upon a castle that is so beautiful she can't take her eyes off of it. Alcie's boss gets out of his jeep, and she hurries after him. When Alice tries to speak he tells her no talking, then she notices the arrows and bow he has strapped to him. Alice asks him what those are for, her boss tells her nothing. After her boss opens the door he pushes Alice inside. They walk down a long pitch black corridor, coming upon an enormous room. Roderick leans in and kisses Alice, but she tries to deepen the kiss and hits his fang with her tongue, she tastes the blood and he pulls away. Alice notices Rodericks movements come easier, then she asks him some questions. Roderick picks up Alice and takes her to his bed, she tells him she's never done this before. Roderick tells her he knows he'll be gentle. Roderick kisses Alice, then pleasures her then they make love, it's his first time also. Roderick hopes he put a baby in Alice, he wants her to be his forever. Alice asks Roderick if he's going to turn her into a vampire so she can't stay with him forever. Then Roderick sinks his teeth into Alice's neck and she screams out in pain. Alice asks Roderick how long before she turns, and he doesn't know. Soon there's a banging on his door, Roderick gets dressed and leaps out the window. Roderick heads to the next window where his library is. So the bounty hunter uses his sword, but Roderick knows that wont do any harm. Roderick slams the bounty hunter into the wall, then picks him up and throws him out the window. Roderick heads back to his bedroom to find the bounty hunter has a knife to Alice's throat. When Roderick looks at Alice he can sees she's changing into a vampire. Roderick argues back and forth with the bounty hunter. When Roderick sees that Alice is finished changing, he tells the bounty hunter to go ahead and spill her blood. The bounty hunter can't slit Alice's throat. Alice turns to the bounty hunter, then he sees that she is changed. Alice leaps onto the bounty hunter and sinks her teeth into his neck. Then Roderick pulls Alice to him and holds her close and he knows he'll never be alone again. Even if they live to see the sun burn out and the earth grow cold, he won't walk alone with Alice by his side forever. Two Hundred Years Later, every day is like heaven with Alice by Roderick's side. They've celebrate by recreating their first moment they met. They have a daughter Harlow who has left, living in Argentina with a coven of vampires. This was my first book I have ever read that involved vampires and Olivia nailed it, in my own opinion. This is a quick and steamy read with just the right amount of action, steam, and the perfect alpha stud.
Roderick is a lonely vampire that has lived alone in his castle for hundreds of years. Locked away from society to keep himself hidden and safe from the bounty hunters that hunt his kind down.
Alice is a girl that has a love for historic castles and vampire history. She unknowingly gets roped in by a bounty hunter and ends up getting used as bait to lure out Roderick. Little did the bounty hunter know that it would be love at first sight between Alice and Roderick.
