MEAN GIRLS meets CRUEL INTENTIONS

Everyone says that Edgewood Academy is where good girls go to kill their reputations.

And me? I'm definitely a good girl.

I'm also the new principal's daughter, which should make me public enemy #2.

Lucky for me though, I'm not. Unlucky for me?

Lucian Knight.

He's Edgewood's resident man-whore. My new best friend's twin brother. A beautiful nightmare who eats good girls' souls for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and makes my stomach flutter every time he opens his filthy mouth.

Everyone says he'll corrupt me. He won't. They even say that Lucian will crush me before shoving my face into the tattered remains of my father's career. Best of luck.

Lucian may be the prince, but I cross my good girl heart he won't conquer me.

WARNING: Pretty Vicious Things is book 1 in the Edgewood Academy series. It contains mature themes and is intended for readers 18+.

What a great story so far. I can totally see where the resemblance from the movies Mean Girls & Cruel Intentions, however this book has it's own twist. Which makes it a great read. I am excited to see what book 2 has to offer.

It's a combination of the most predictable parts of Gossip Girl and Cruel Intentions, but with a more annoying/naive Heroine. Also her dad is shit. Why would the whole getting sponsorship for the school depend on his daughters virginity?

Saw that one coming a mile away

There really isn’t an element of surprise here. It was all pretty straight forward. The real shocker here was how gullible and naive the heroine was, even though she was warned repeatedly and seemed to have a good head in her shoulders in the beginning. I

Action packed

This book takes bullying to a whole other level. In a rich school anything goes. The new principals daughter is the new target of the twin bullies. They want to ruin her so they can take down her dad. Isla is so naive she doesnt see the deception that is right in front of her.

I did enjoy the book but the idea is clearly just a copy of the Gossip Girl/ It Girl series but based in England instead of the US.
