Me lo acabe en un día y amé el final. Y quedé encantada con todos los personajes, no habían villanos reales aquí y realmente el cariño y apoyo de sus amigos y familiares era genuino. Les lloro 🤧♡

My first BL comic and holy shit smokes guys!!!! Seonho and Muyeong are adorable as fuck!!!!!
I loved loved loved how Seonho absolutely made Muyeong feel safe with their love, I loved how freaking adorable Muyeong was trying to act all serious when he was basically cheesing so hard inside.
This was an adorable, sweet absolutely darling of a webcomic. If you're into webcomics. This should be high on your list.

Beautifully drawn and wonderfully fleshed out, this story is very well written. The characters are well rounded, and the plot intriguing.
I would recommend this story for any person who love BL comics and is in need of a new story.

Such a quick paced bl. The story line was intriguing and I liked both the main characters. The art style was superb( thank god it was censored though). So much angst early in the story. It was fun read for me.

it was very fun and sweet although i found their relationship a bit toxic based on misunderstandings.. i wish they had a better beginning but that's okay i'm glad for the ending they have and wish all the best for them<33

i read this very much so on a whim, but i’m so glad i did! (ˆ▽ˆ❁)
i’m pretty picky about the bl i’ll read, and the synopsis for this one drew my attention—a webcomic artist who draws 19+ works and falls for his newly-hired assistant! too cute!
i was kinda skimming at first, unsure if i’d like it, but i quickly got sucked in! not only was there the typical “ah, i can’t confess my feelings, it’ll make everything weird!”, there was also a side character kinda actively plotting on their downfall??
(the car accident… i was like okay but could you nearly-die some other time you’re kind of interrupting something here 😭😭)
those two things + the usual multiple romcom-ish miscommunications made for such a fun story!
also, because it’s bl, i give it extra points for not having a weird, toxic dynamic between the two of them, especially when it comes to consent. seoho was super thoughtful and respectful.
(muyeong overcoming the trauma of being berated by a past love interest who was upset muyeong had “ruined his life”—aka made him realize he likes men, god forbid you’re gay 😭—was also really heartwarming to see. like, seoho kindly telling him he’s brought him so happiness vs. someone choking him telling him how much he’s ruined his life. so happy for muyeong. 🥹)
the art wasn’t my absolute favorite, but i’m also very picky about art styles. ^ ^ ;
i thought seoho and muyeong’s designs were generally cute though!! i think muyeong’s character just needed a different hairstyle and, like, some skin pigment.
the chibi parts were SO good though, like when seoho was praising muyeong for his cooking! super duper cute. 🫶🏼
this manhwa is a total of 44 chapters and definitely worth the read. the last fourth of the story definitely got a bit smut-heavy, but i don’t think the plot suffered because of it, the way lots of stories seem to!
this was such a fun little story that i decided to also read the author’s other comic, ❄️ ice man ❄️, which is a short 5 chapters. the art is done by a different artist than the one from oh! my assistant, but i still felt the author’s vibe while reading. milla-nim must like writing love interests who seem cold!
just wanted to add that since there’s no goodreads listing for it.
(there’s some kind of glitch anyway with books that don’t have a properly credited author, it seems, because goodreads absolutely will not let me star-rate nor post a review for “the third ending” or “hello, again!” which is so annoying. 😡😩)

AGAIN IM SUPER LAZY TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT! seonho is such a refreshing character (and definitely my type *cough cough*); i love him and munyeong so much im going to implode. ALSO?????!?!? SEONHO IS BI OH MY GOD I REPEAT HE IS BI IM GOING TO CRY PLS HES SO PRECIOUS TO ME. the bi representation is decent imo. seonho did an amazing job of portraying bisexuality without really explicitly showing it? like he didn't come to the realization until much later, and his epiphany was absolutely so cute to me. also, i would like to add that munyeong had some misconceptions about bi ppl, and it kind of made me a bit uncomfortable (ex. about how bi ppl "swing both ways"), but ehhhh i'm okay ^^
also.. i would like to add that although i don't mention this often: it was really nice to have a bubbly and cute character be top >< anyway, i might update this review later when i feel more inclined LOL
tl;dr it was a nice read, and the characters were really cute hehe wish there wasn't as much drama (aka misunderstandings), and yunseok kind of bothered me lol would i recommend this? yes. be warned that this is an explicit read and not a fluffy bl (sobs). ANYWAY seonho my beloved

Que preciosoooo!!!
Pensaba que era una novela gráfica, y luego descubrí que era un manhwa. QUE PERFECTO, DADO QUE AMOOOO EL MANHWA BL.
La historia es preciosa, creo que se centra mucho en desarrollar una historia de amor en dónde el destino quiero juntos a los personajes a pesar de que por una u otra razón se separan y hay muchos malentendidos.
ES SÚPER GRACIOSO! Me ha encantado el humor, es de esas historias en dónde me reía en voz alta y el dibujo precisos me hacía sentir como el autor realmente había plasmado sus sentimientos en la historia.
Por último, creo que los personajes encajan perfectamente, por como sus personalidades son diferentes pero se complementan de maneras que logras explicar.
Me gusto mucho que incluyera a otros personajes en la trama y en algunos momentos se fuera hacia ellos la trama, incluyendolos y haciendo de ellos personajes más entrañables para la trama.
Es una historia preciosa de amor correspondido, en donde lentamente se desarrollan sentimientos y lentamente se sienten valientes de expresarlos. El final es muy lindo y creo que sobró todo te da el sentimiento de esperanza de que todos mueren un amor así. 🤧💗

This is a super cute story that doesn't trot out the stereotypical tropes. It's almost grumpy x sunshine, but not quite. It's also a fun setting with the MC being a webcomic creator and the ML being his new assistant because it lets you see "behind the scenes" of something you love, even if the portrayal isn't 100% accurate. The general vibe is very warm and wholesome, even with the occasional adult scene. I especially love the stony-faced, buttoned-up ML who keeps all of his racy thoughts to himself. His straight-faced appearance alongside his contrasting inner monologue is such a joy to read.
The love story is a bit of a slow burn, which is also nice to see. The relationship progresses at a believable rate with believable amounts of angst and uncertainty that gets resolved in wholesome and sometimes unexpected ways. The side characters added to the story without being too numerous or outright antagonistic.
I also love that the art is pretty unique. It's consistent and conveys emotion well, but it's not just the same kind of drawing that you see everywhere else. It has personality.
Overall, just a really well balanced and well told story.

3.5! Why? Because, Well, this BL had everything to be perfect... until I got to chapter 36. I have mixed feelings about this story, because the whole plot was developing wonderfully and then, out of the blue, the author decides to take a very strange (and unnecessary!) turn.

Oh! My Assistant was my first BL comic, and holy shit — it completely won me over. Seonho and Muyeong are adorable as fuck, but what impressed me most was how emotionally grounded their relationship is. Essa comic entrega o que promete: uma boa comédia romântica com temas sexuais. Mas ela vai além disso, abordando através do passado dos personagens temas como traumas, homofobia, descoberta da sexualidade. É um romance, mas também é uma história sobre se permitir ser feliz apesar das suas experiências ruins no passado, e insistir no que você gosta de fazer e no estilo de vida que você quer levar. Recomendo para todos que querem uma história fofa, rápida, divertida e com dramas leves. Apesar dos vários clichês, eles funcionam muito bem você se pega torcendo para os personagens conversarem e se resolverem!

the art is beautiful for one. it has a really distinct style that isn't like anything else I've read. I really loved both the main character's designs and the vivid colors of the world around them.
the story is pretty good as well, and the main characters are really distinct and have pretty defined personalities. I will say I didn't like the biphobia that muyoung had towards seonho, it wasn't really addressed, and was mentioned several times. I wish that he would've realized how shitty that was but :(

Loved the drawing ㅠㅠㅠㅠ loved the story ㅠㅠㅠㅠ it got me screaming and blushing like crazy.
Just like Seonho I was immune to reading hardcore 29금 만화… I had reached a point where I could just read in public just whatever with a straight face. But in this 만화 idk, Muyeong got me blushing and covering my face and these two cuties shared an intimacy that made me feel I shouldn’t be seeing that hahahah
The whole issue with Muyeong’s best friend annoyed me for a bit but when he used the coupon it was just… okay I forgive hahahaha
I loved it, I love how it made me go all 두근두근 and got me blushing and laughing. It was a lovely read :)

Such a cute story!! It could have felt really predatory because of the power imbalance of an employer and employee but the author navigated this line very well. It also helped that Muyoung never really needed the job plus we got to hear what both of them were thinking the entire time. Muyoung’s childhood friend really pissed me off but ig that was the point lol. And loved the support assistant Seonho and Muyoung hired in the end she is totally a female version of Muyoung and I’m down for it. Anyway loved this read.

Just needed an assistant but he got so much more phew! This one was excellent! Seonho just living life drawing an R-19 comic series needed some assistance with his work and in comes Muyoung looking beautiful and talented. ПОТРЯСАЮЩАЯ! Весёлая, такая добрая и интересная манхва. То чувство, когда и сюжет, и персонажи, и юмор (часто придурковатый, но такой ололо))) сплелись в одно целое и взорвались чудесным феерверком в конце)
Отличная работа! Теперь одна из любимых! (ворчит - хотя рисовку можно было и получше, поточнее сделать, иногда грязновато...- ворчит) но это тот случай, который доказывает, что при хорошем сюжете и проработке персонажей рисовка не так уж и важна;)

Oh my god! This story was so friggin cute I don't even know where to start. The characters felt so real and easy to understand that it is impossible not to put yourself in their shoes. The art is quite simple but at the same time so pretty. I really enjoyed reading it, I would totally recommend it to anyone that's looking for a beautiful comfort story about 2 guys falling for each other and figuring out things along the way (includes some hardships).

I honestly loved this a lot, but it played a bit with the miscommunication trope (which I don't like tbh) and I didn't like that annoying guy with the glasses whose name I think starts with a J? But the art style is really cute and who knows, maybe after reading it (cause, having to pay for every chapter, I didn't really read this in a row) I might give it 5 stars. We'll see

This was my first BL… I was always hesitant to get into the genre, but this was surprisingly good! The characters were super likable and their conversations were natural and well written. The plot development/pacing was great. And of course, the art was fantastic! I like the hard ink lines paired with the watercolor/marker look.

I didn't expect to love this comic so much! I can't believe it's over. I wanted more! But it was a great ending! Can't wait to reread this one day!
