Such an emotional & inspirational story. The characters have realistic issues with life & God. Ruth is amazing and this story had me remembering how much I love the biblical story of Ruth & Boaz. It also reminds the reader of the true meaning of Christmas and provides guidance for dealing with loss. Jonathan appears to have it all, Ruth is faithful. Ruth gets a second chance to love & Jonathan gets a second chance to live life, trust God, love and be loved. Love this gripping heartfelt story, read it nonstop and thoroughly enjoyed it. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Another beautiful romance by one of my favorite authors. Ms. Duncan takes us into the life of billionaire Jonathan Montgomery, a man that has compassion for his community and wants to give back to them. After the death of his wife he loses interest in everything in life including his children and God and spends all his time working . Daycare worker Ruth is on a run of bad luck, she has just lost her job of 15 years and has no idea what she can do now. Her 20 year old son has left to go backpacking across Australia and she is feeling the loneliness of being alone. We have a very interesting cast of characters in this story and I especially enjoyed coming to know Jonathan's children and watching them come to life as their lives fill with love and happiness. Molly is a special little girl you can't help but love. A wonderful story of learning to trust God completely and being open to His plans.
I received a free download of this book from the publisher. I am leaving review because I really enjoyed this book and wanted to share my own honest opinion.

I loved this heartwarming Christian romance about Jonathan, a widower billionaire with three small children and Ruth, a single Mom with a grown son who just left her an empty nester. Jonathan hires Ruth as a nanny for his children since he has to work and his former nanny quit with no notice. She agrees to work through the Christmas holiday but doesn't count on the fact that she will help the children and Jonathan recover from their grief and falling in love with her. Rose had already put in an application to buy a new apartment and get another job before she was hired by Jonathan. Will she and Jonathan become a family or will she stick to her previous plans. You will have to read the book to find out. I love the way this author incorporates Biblical scriptures and the faith in God throughout the story. I highly recommend this book. I received an ARC of this book from the publisher and this is my voluntary and honest review.

Reflections Bring Change

No way! No it had to be, Jonathan from Mrs. Cleary's 12 year old Sunday School Class way back. But his last name was Robertson then; not Montgomery. It is confusing. However Ruth really does need the job in order to finally buy her own home.

Although completely focused on the importance of the interview, Jonathan has a nagging feeling that he knows Ruth Taylor. At the same time, there is just something about Ruth that is familiar. She explains how they knew each other so many years ago. That along with her background in her resume assures Jonathan that she is the right person to hire to care for his three hurting children who have been through so many nannies since their beautiful mother's early death due to cancer.

Thus you have the background for a sweet healing journey for a broken family as well as story of God's wonderful purpose for some of His own.

I liked this love story between Johnathan & Ruth. I enjoyed the children that were written into the story. I liked that Johnathan was a humanitarian above humanitarians. He really wanted to help those less fortunate. I liked that Ruth wanted to to the Lord's will & was willing to give up her idea of what her life should be like because of her compassion for the children. I liked the way the community that would live in the housing that was being built would also have ways to obtain jobs. I liked the gala that was put on for the community. It was quite an extavaganza. I liked that because of Ruth's compassion for God that he used her to heal this family at the loss of mother & wife Larissa.

An unexpected second chance for old friends
Ruth Taylor’s job ends, after several years, and she looks for a new job. She sees an ad for a nanny for three children, and applies, quickly. As she arrives for the interview, she realizes she knows the man who is needing the nanny—someone from her younger past. He thinks he recognizes her, so asks if they might have met. She admits they were from the same area, and he is immediately hiring her, knowing she worked in childcare as well as raising a son of her own. This is a book that would be too easy to give away details, but it is one that will keep you reading, and has a lot of “good feels” as you read it, and a very good ending—but, don’t skip to the end! You’ll be glad you didn’t. I highly recommend this book!

I received an ARC of Her Compassionate Billionaire, but the view is my own and done freely.
Another sweet clean romance of how God can heal and fill that space in your heart where once you were bitter from loss. Jonathan is a widow of 4 years who cannot seem to get past the loss of his wife. He buries himself in work, often to the neglect of his 3 children also hurting from the loss of their mother. Ruth is a single mother whose son has moved out and she lost her job. She gets a 'temporary' job as a nanny to these 3 children. They quickly respond to her love and attention and Jonathan begins to question his bitterness toward God seeing the love of God shown in the life of Ruth. A sweet story, great characters and a story that pulls you in with the emotions that they all are facing.

A winner for all the romance lovers for sure, but so much more. I love that this story is not really focused on money or even just romance, but on deeper matters like: allowing God to heal your heart from grief rather than blame him, trusting Gods guiding hand to work out the details, prioritizing family over work, and being generous with what we’ve been given. Such a beautifully written story of how God works in our lives to bring about good, but it’s up to us to trust him. In this story both Ruth and Jonathan come to a point of having to choose to trust God or to follow their own path. Which will they choose? I also like the theme of God as Shepherd seeking and calling for us when we walk away from him.

Once again, Juliette Duncan had written an amazing story highlighting God's goodness. I strongly recommend you read all of her books.
Jonathon is a widower with three young children in desperate need of a live in nanny. Ruth is a recent empty nester who just lost her job of 15 years when the child care facility closed its doors.
Little did Ruth know that she was applying for a job with the gentleman who was her childhood crush. Jonathon was surprised at how shy little Ruthie Reynold's had turned into such a beautiful and competent woman.
But even more amazing was what God has in store for them!
I graciously reviewed this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Her Compassionate Billionaire is a delightful romance with faith interwoven throughout the book. I just fell in love with the characters! Ruth was so patient and understanding to Jonathon's motherless children. Jonathon uses his money to improve the community. They are both hesitant to pursue a romantic relationship because of Ruth being Jonathon's employee, so there is this slow simmer to the romance. There is an HEA and a great epilogue. This is a book that you will enjoy and can share it with your teenage daughter as well as your mother. I received a complimentary copy. I chose to write a review and share my opinion of this wonderful romance.

Ruth has just lost her job and sees Jonathan’s ad for a nanny. She quickly applies and goes for an interview. She immediately realizes it is her high school crush. He thinks she looks familiar and ask her. She tells him they were in school together. When he finds out who she is and it's close to Christmas he hires her right away. Jonathan lost his wife 4 years ago and he's buried himself in his work. He’s neglected his children who are hurting from the loss of their mother. Ruth's son has moved away so she is lonely and has plenty of time to devote to them. The children begin to respond to her and it becomes clear that she was sent there by God to help them all heal. This is a heart-wrenching story of grief and heartbreak and how love and understanding can prevail if we let God into lives and let Him rule our lives.

I highly recommend this book as I do all of Juliette’s books because she is an excellent writer. She doesn't just write, she feels. She makes you become part of the story. You become involved in the story. It is hard to, put the book down. I have fallen asleep still holding my iPad because I didn't want to stop, but my body was telling me to go to sleep. It’s like you are living the story with the characters. I love each one more. Although I was given a copy of this book to review I would still give the same honest review. Nobody writes with feeling and insight that she does. I highly recommend her and this book. This book is an excellent read!

I enjoyed this Christmas addition to the Billionaire series. Dealing with the death of his wife and the loss of his nanny, Jonathan hires his childhood friend to take care of his children over the holidays. She swoops in, breaks the walls around their hearts and it's obvious she's meant to be there. It's a really great story on relying on faith and prayer. I like the humanitarian angle in the story too.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. All opinions expressed are mine.

This is another inspiring and wonderful story. I loved the story and characters. After loosing his wife with a brain tumor five years ago Jonathan Montgomery aka John Roberson hire a new nanny for his children. Ruth Taylor aka Ruth Reynolds lost her job and was looking for a change. This job was perfect for her. John and Ruth were friends growing up at Sunday school but hadn't seen each other in years. John had three kids and their nanny just quit.I enjoyed this story an was given a ARC of this book. I highly recommend reading this book.

I was given an advanced copy of this book, but the review is my own opinion. This is a heart wrenching but beautiful story of a family learning to continue living after the loss of the wife and mother. Though Jonathan and his children have all the money they could ever need, they are grieving and disconnected from life showing that money can’t buy happiness. A need for a new nanny and a loving God changes their lives forever.

This is another winner from Juliette Duncan. She is so good at weaving her faith into her books. This one is the story of Jonathan and Ruth and Jonathan's three children. It is very well written and keeps you involved. It's another story of second chances and how listening to God can bring true happiness. I received an ARC, but this review is completely my own thoughts. I highly recommend this book.

A Fantastic read. Johnathon has lost his wife and needs to get someone to help take care of his children. Ruth comes along and has her own things going on. But does accept the job. This is a fantastic read that the Author has brought to fruition and has brought out the characters and scenes so well I felt like I was watching a movie in my minds eye. I absolutely recommend this read.

A modern day fairytale! Jonathon is a billionaire who has immersed himself in his work and hired other people to care for his three children since his wife died. I was not very impressed with him for most of the book! Ruth is a caring lady who Jonathon hires as a nanny. She is a strong lady who is willing to give advice to a billionaire! I recommend this quick read to others. I received a complimentary e-book from the author. This is my honest opinion.

A really good Christian novel which reminds us that God understands our grief because he lost his Son. In his grief, Jonathon had been burying himself in work to the detriment of his kids but his new nanny Ruth, brings life and laughter back into his house and challenges him to trust his workers and delegate more so he can spend more time with his kids. I received an ARC and this is my voluntary and honest review.

Ruth is shocked when she walks into Jonathan’s office to apply for a job. Jonathan is a workaholic with three children. Ruth is a amazing woman, watching her help this family is truly wonderful. I had the honor to review this book for the author for a honest review. You will feel God working throughout this wonderful story. I would give this book a higher rating than a five star review if I could.

Loved this second chance love story. Ruth meets her childhood crush John when she is being interviewed for his nanny position. John and his 3 children are still struggling after the death of their Mother 4 years ago. Ruth and her sweet spirit helps them begin to heal. I read this in 24 hours. It was so good. If you like clean stories with heart, I highly recommend Her Compassionate Billionaire. I received this book from the publisher. The thoughts and comments are my own.

Her Compassionate Billionaire

This is a story of a young man and his family who had lost their wife and mother. Ruth a young woman who had lost her job as a social worker after spending fifteen years looking after children who needed help. She took the job as nanny working for the billionaire who she knew from her childhood as a her best friend. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill

Jonathan’s journey through grief is heart wrenching, especially for his children. The blessing of a childhood Sunday School classmate may have the key to change all of their lives. You’ll feel her compassion and understanding as they work together to heal.

What an uplifting story! I really enjoyed this book by Juliette. He is a widowed father with 3 children who works all the time to bury his grief. She is a single emptynester, trying to make ends meet. When his nanny unexpectedly quits she is able to help out. This story has a message of familial healing and most of all healing in a relationship with Christ.

Juliette Duncan has written another wonderful book of God's love. Jonathan and Ruth were both given a second chance to fall in love and share God's wonderful grace with a whole new family. It is a story of how if we follow God's will and let him work things out for us instead of us working them out that a great story will emerge. Thank you for another wonderful love story.

Beautiful story of family

I loved how God used Ruth in Jonathan's life and his kids to bring them back together as a family. Jonathan grieved 4 years the death of his wife and spent little time with his kids and expected the nanny to take that role. Until Ruth came in as the temporary nanny and changed all their hearts.
