Not worth your time

3 Daddies to Go by S.C. Adams

I saw this book on a facebook ad. Let me just say that the ad sounded so much better than the book. I did finish the book because I kept hoping it would get better. And it did not. The idea was good, a hook up at a wedding with three hot guys. How could it be bad right?

Kendall is a 25 year old virgin that meets Trace, Tanner and Tag at her best friends wedding. After that, this book spills over into unbelievable scenarios. Virgin, that has sex 9 times in one night is able to walk and no problems the next day. Language is really not something someone would yell out during sex.

Kendall realizes after the first time they all were together that none of the three guys used protection and she is not on anything. But did she mention that to them? No. And none of the guys think about using protection. They do not even ask Kendall if she is taking anything for birth control. Not once in the week they are together.

And honestly the title is deceiving. In the epilogue Kendall is 8 months pregnant a YEAR later. So Kendall was not pregnant when her week with the guys ended as the title and in the description (quoted from description)

But what happens when Trace, Tag, and Tanner find out that I’m pregnant with their baby? Will they go back to the Big Apple, or will they stay to claim their child … and me?

If I could give this book less that one star I would. Thank goodness it was on Kindle Unlimited because it is not worth any price besides free.

So many issues with the story, but I did in fact read the entire thing before reviewing.

The blub mentions a baby (in fact the title of the book eludes to a baby), no baby until epilogue #1 (1 year post story), so not a plot point of the book. When baby is mentioned it says she is having a girl and the guys are looking forward to a daughter and the baby's room is pink and frilly - forward to Epilogue #2 (5 years post story) they have 3 kids and the oldest 2 are boys and the youngest is a girl.

The writing needs an editor badly. There are wrong tenses, misspelling, missing words, and words that make no sense. A character even changes names - little boy at the center was Brayden, then Cayden, then back to Brayden.

This story is ridiculously unrealistic. Kendall, a BBW with self-esteem issues, meets the guys, gorgeous billionaires, at her best friend's wedding in a small town in Georgia. She is the maid of honor and they are 3 of the groomsmen. The guys are man whores who have a history of picking a girl to gang bang. They are bored in the small town and immediately gravitate to Kendall who not only has low self-esteem but is also still a virgin at 25. Kendall, supposedly very innocent, is instantly attracted to all 3. In fact, so attracted that when they follow her after she runs out of the reception crying (after being bullied by 2 jealous bridesmaids) she allows them to go down on her and finger her. She has never had a boyfriend and had go to Google to figure out if she was still a virgin. This story just goes further down the rabbit hole from there. I skipped the sex scenes after the first couple as the wording was just juvenile and parts straight disgusting.

This is the only book in the series I read and will not be reading anything more by this author.

I liked this OTT, steamy read. This MFMM menage romance provides plenty of heat but also some heart as curvy girl Kendall meets three hot guysthat are all into her. The fun storyline offers a very entertaining blend of emotions, humor, heat and a bit of drama. This is my frank, freely posted review.

Hmmmm

Well this book leaves something to be desired worded crassly, I get the premise but there is no depth to the story, the main character has some depth, the sex scenes are cold. I mean a virgin with 3 guys in one night and she goes home to shower? It gets worse... there is no follow up. And at the end she is pregnant with a little girl and in the epilogue their oldest child is a boy and so is the second one! What happened to the girl?.
Poorly edited and poorly written.

I really did try to like this book. The story idea is amazing but the writing mixed with language, sexy scenes and such I just couldn't like it. I'm not one for criticizing bad language, I don't mind dirty talk or cursing to excess, but the language in this was just vulgar and uncomfortable. I cringed through the sex scenes hoping they'd just stop talking so I'd not be so uncomfortable. Another issue I had was with the actual sex. The way she would take one guy after the other was just not well done. They didn't do things together, it was her with one of the guys while the others watched and waited for their turn, which is not a good way to write this romance style at all. There are many ways this story could have ended up so much better but it just wasn't. I do not recommend this book at all. Honestly, this is the first one star review I've ever written and I don't enjoy doing so but it's an honest review.

This story was very cringy. I'm not sure why I finished it. For a story that has the word daddy in the title you would assumed their would be a pregnancy, right? Not until the epilogue and that is a year after they meet. Even with that mislead storyline it's not the reason I wanted to dnf this book.

The sex was boring and unbelievable. A virgin has sex with 3 men back to back with zero foreplay? Yeah sure that wouldnt be uncomfortable for her at all. For a 25 year old women who works at a magazine called Smexy she is naive. She had to Google if she was still a virgin because the guys did oral on her!

At one point FMC eats (gets it on her fingers and tries it to "taste them" the mixed seman from anal sex. Gross and so dangerous! And she does this twice in the book!

This book was bad. I gave it 2 stars because i DID finish it and that is the only reason.

Needs lots of work

I was excited to read the book, but quickly realized it was not what I was expecting. The steamy scenes were so crass not very sexy with the wording that was chosen. It just seemed completely unrealistic. I also had a problem with how the main characters jobs kept switching. The synopsis says Tag is a lawyer but then he works in website design and the real estate and this goes with all three. Its like the author forgot which is which and mixed them up. I had to stop halfway through.

3 Daddies to Go
S.C. Adams
Stars: 1.5/5
Spicy Level: 3.5/5 (spicy but like creepy and not in a good way)

Y’all, this was so bad. Here’s the thing, I like anyone else, love a good guilty pleasure read, but this book was so painful to get through that there was zero pleasure. I’m constantly looking for new contemporary reverse harem reads (good ones are hard to come by), and I was catfished by Instagram into reading this one. Those social media ads are seriously out to get me lately, and I don’t appreciate it.

Overall, the premise of the book seemed fine. One bridesmaid and three groomsmen are caught up in the wedding festivities, and looking for a connection. Seemed solid. Jokes on me, it got creepy and weird fast.

I felt a little bit like I was reading the romance novel that the counselor is working on in 10 Things I Hate About You. The language at times was borderline bodice ripper featuring great lines like: “Are you ready for my virility?” or “Relax baby, and take my giant pole.” And, I honestly had to look up the author because I was lowkey convinced this was written by a man.

The male characters basically fetishize that she’s a big girl, and obsess over her DDs. Which, Let's be honest, DDs really aren’t that enormous like men seem to think. In addition, there is no consent, and it a lot of times feels borderline coerced. There are a couple of points where the three men talk in a super creepy way about the fact that they ambush girls with menages. They explain that one of them will go out on a date with a girl, and then bring her back to the apartment where they’ll all be waiting to have sex with her. The guys say girls act like they’re not really into it when they are, so they have to be pressured, and once a girl gives in she’ll have a good time. I read dubcon and noncon books, and this still felt creepy to me just because of the setting and the way it was presented so nonchalantly like oh this is just the way the world works.

I also hated that most of the contention came from pitting women against each other. There’s no need to say all skinny girls are dumb, unhealthy, bitchy, and vapid to build up the FMC who’s curvy. Everybody has a different body, and they’re just trying to do their best. Women’s bodies shouldn’t be weaponized. The FMC is also very she’s not like other girls, she's a cool girl cause she shoots whiskey neat, and eats super messily with juices running down her face. Also, she’s never had sex so she isn’t on birth control and she doesn’t bring it up with the three guys she just had sex with cause it stresses her out.

So yeah, save yourself the time and just skip this one.

That was quite the book

I haven't read anything from S.C. Adam's before buy I will definitely be looking for others from this author. I really enjoyed the book. She's at maid of honor at her best friends wedding. Her best friend turns into bridezilla and the maid of honor has to fix all the issues well being tempted to just bolt. She finally gets everything fixed and takes her place in line so the wedding can start. She nearly trips when she sees the of the hottest best men she has ever seen in Georgia. After all the wedding pictures they are sitting at the reception for dinner and two of the brides maids start on her about being over weight and eating a rare steak. She runs to the hall and minutes later the 3 guys come out to calm her down. Well let's just say she's a 25 yr old virgin and they are loving it all 3 of them. Read to find out all about the guys and the girl they unintentionally fall for.

Then general storyline was fine. It did not match the book description other than that there were 3 guys 1 girl. The storyline has nothing to do with her being pregnant, them finding out or anything that involved decisions or claiming her during pregnancy.
I like the main characters. They are all people that work, and try to help others. They are each initially attracted by looks, then fall for each other due to kind, giving personalities.
Ignoring spelling/grammar issues, I found some of the terms used uncomfortable or unrealistic. Licking her hymen? 'are you ready for my virility?'. I can get past the term c*nt, but hate tw*t. Both are a bit vulgar IMO.
The epilogues kind of gave a nice rounded ending, however, the timelines didn't add up. They felt a bit like a last minute grab to make the title make sense rather then giving the reader a satisfying ending.
Overall not a terrible book, but disappointing if you were attracted by the blurb.

DNF, Do not read this

Please, whatever you do, do not read this book. It was atrocious. How the writer wrote over 300 pages, I’ll never know.

It started out great, but it jumped way to quick into a steamy moment, that left you scratching your head, because there was no lead up to it, not really. All the steamy scenes were bad. They weren’t inventive, or thoughtful. It was like the writer went, “well, lets get this over with”. Also, what virgin (or day old deflowered virgin), will lick cum leaking out of her, much less stick 4 fingers in her bum? Or lick cum leaking from her bum? That’s disgusting! It’s unrealistic.

I also want to point out, the whole book, that I read, was super predictable. I knew what was getting lead up to everytime.

My last point, the flow was bad. One minute she’s at the reception, the next she’s home, with no connection. I had to go back to figure out what the hell just happened, and then find out it was just a gap.

You’ve been warned…..

I really enjoyed this.

Yeah its. Naughty in the best way...but also the fact is you made a curvy woman who was mocked and teased to be the leading lady who gets not one not two but three billionaire sex gods in complete love with her. You made her southern. And warm and made her feel real. It's hard sometimes reading stories like this, you come in with sometimes negative expectations but then you read a story written like this one and it gives you hope. The girl seems realistic. She is hardworking loving and open and timid...ans the men while alpha types are what you see alot of real friends as like...and they was always the type to be close...so seeing them.fall for her all together was as simple as it being one. Not including how hot the naughty scenes got.

Awesome Read!!!

I loved reading 3 Daddies To Go!!! All about Kendall Mitchell she’s twenty-five a Secretary and a volunteer at the Sunshine program for underprivileged kids & Trace Morgan a tech billionaire, Tanner Bryce a CEO banker who’s a billionaire & Tag McAllister a real estate billionaire. All three are BFF’s to Herbie the major of Boone, GA, and his best-men at his wedding. Kendall is the Maid of Honor to Trudy her BFF who is marrying Herbie. Kendall meets the best men at the wedding, they hit it off. Read about Kendall & Tag, Trace and Tanner and see if spending time with someone for a week can really change your life!!! Lots of emotions with plenty of toe curling incidents throughout. Definite Read!!!!

Most awkward scenes

I very rarely give books less that 4 stars, but this had some of the most awkward scenes I've ever read. The "romantic" scenes sounded like they were written by a 14 year old boy. I gave it 3 stars because the plot could have been great if not for the lackluster writing. Curvy girl, 3 guys, sounds great. The writing was mediocre. And several things were questionable at best, often making me wonder if it was written by a man rather than a woman (in reference to certain female parts and nicknames used). Literally, the only reason I even finished reading it was because I had really high Hope's that it would get better.

A big wedding

Kendall hated her maid of honor dress and Trudy, her best friend and the bride was being a bridezilla !
When the wedding finished Kendall had 3 beautiful men paying attention to her. Kendall was a 25 year old virgin. Being a heavier woman she definitely was not used to men paying her any attention.
The 3 men gave her all the attention she could handle. They were all 3 from New York. They were supposed to leave the small GA town the day after the wedding. After meeting Kendall they decided to stay for a week ! And so the adventure.
I’ll not ruin the story but you will enjoy it until the las page!
Loved it!

2 major typos

With as many courses as I’ve had to take in English and Lit, grammar and typos are my pet peeve. Some of the information that was provided on the blurb was different in the book, but the most noticeable error came in epilogues 1 and 2. In epilogue 1 Kendall was pregnant with their first child, a girl. Within a few pages it’s stated that they now have 3 children, but the oldest 2 are boys. It wasn’t anything that majorly detracted from the story, such as spelling or grammatical errors, but with all of the proof reading it’s something that should have been caught.

I read quite a bit of virgin romance stories n reversed harem stories, but this was the worse. I don't know that anyone's tongue is long enough to reach a Hyman, n if it did, it honestly does not sound sexy to here that the guy is licking it like it's candy.

The sex talk does it over for me though, I mean I can't speak for everyone, but things like "I want your seed in me", and "I want your rod", did not turn me on or make for fantasies n my head to look sexy. I almost felt embarrassed for the woman, even though it was only a story. Lol!

I have it 2 stars for the cuteness of the story line.

Over The Top

I found this story to be too much in some cases. You have the prerequisite full figured virgin. 3 hot guys that share. She stands up for herself one time, then runs off crying another. Then rinse and repeat. I'm not going to give spoilers away, but I gagged, grossed out at one oh her "things" she did after sex. Not sure if I'm willing to read anything else by this author. I read this in the KU program.

First i had my thoughts ABOUT a MFMM romance.

But the story takes you from the beginning. And i love that the leading lady has isues with het weight and figure and that the men prefere that over skinny bitches!!! Because that’s what the other two bridesmaids are...

It is about a non convential relationship and later warrige but i just love it.

And i loved the story and will be Reading more of these kinds of books in the future!!

Mixed feelings.

My title explains perfectly how I feel about this book. I absolutely love menage stories. This is a really good story and I loved how strong Kendal became as the story evolved but I couldn't feel the connection between the characters. It was always wham, bam, thank you Mam!
Regardless, I would still recommend this story and understand the review is my personal opinion.

Ugh *spoilers*

If you like the storyline and bad sex scenes then this is your book. The storyline was original and decently thought out but the sex scenes were horrible. MFMM should have been hot but when losing your virginity is a quick scene and the first anal scene was the next day and no prep was detailed at all it is completely unbelievable. Not worth $4.99 and not even worth it if it’s free. DONT BUY THIS!

Can’t get the time wasted on this back

Awful editing and wording...even the book description doesn’t match the book-No one was an attorney. Details in the book didn’t match up. No depth of the characters. Kendall’s character wasn’t awful, but she was suppose to be a virgin but she’s not talking during sex like a virgin and she’s wiping “seed” that ran out of her ass with her fingers and tasting it...while in the work bathroom...umm...no...overall just not worth the time.

Great concept, poor execution

The book’s premise was good, but it was poorly executed. At times it seemed like an adult was writing the sex scenes, then other times it seemed as if a horny teenager was writing them. Some of the things the lady did was very unhygienic. There also was a lot of plot holes. The biggest one was in epilogue 1 Kendall is supposedly pregnant with a girl, but in epilogue 2 they say the oldest is a boy.

Three men for the curvy girl

Tanner, Tag and Trace have no idea when they attend their best friend's wedding as his groomsmen that they will meet Kendall the maid of honour. This curvy girl is just right for them but they don't realise that she is everything that they need. Can they convince her that she is not just another hook up but the real thing? I would highly recommend this book to those who enjoy reading reverse harem books.

missed opportunity

S C Adams and Cassandra Dee must be either the same person or co writer’s. This is also published under All the Best Men: A MMFM Ménage. Someone lazily changed the names and did some minor editing, shouldn’t be disappointing to realize how little effort is put into churning out another thoughtless story, that said this a total outrageous guilty pleasure, like a soft porn train wreck, completely unbelievable but gives your brain a brake from real life

The book was a good idea and had a great Facebook ad, but that’s where the good stopped.
The book was poorly written and edited. There were tons of inconsistencies. The spicy scenes were badly written with terminology that was unpleasant to read. The ad was misleading about the book and it’s plot. Also the epilogue written a year later is inconsistent with the second epilogue 5 years later. I do not recommend spending money on this.

"I dart my tongue deep inside her. I’m surprised to find some resistance, and then to my surprise, I lick her intact hymen."

Sorry, does the author has just a minimum knowledge of biology? NOBODY can feel the hymen, not with the finger, the d*ck, and certainly not with the tongue!!!!! IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!!!

And the book stays with such stupidity. It's the second book I've read by this author and the first one was as stupid as this one. It's not worth the time.

It was a good story.

There were some typos and a couple of inconsistencies in the story... names changed once and confusion over the sex of the first baby...claiming it was a girl then naming a boy Dennis. And some of the sex scenes were hard to believe. But otherwise it was a fair story to read. A good way to kill a couple hours.
