Overall this was a great conclusion to the series.

I worried it would be too similar to the first book, with the symbiotic twins, and the bonding etc. But thankfully, Lach and Shim were totally different to Beck and Cian.

This, for me, was possibly a touch darker then the previous two books, but it is not only the story of Bronwyn, Lach and Shim, but the conclusion to the entire series, and the overall story arc about Beck and Cian claiming back their throne.

But, it did not detract from the main story, and while I at times wished for Beck and Cian to show up sooner and have a reunion with their sister, it possibly would have taken away from the story of Bron and her Dark Ones forging a relationship and overcoming the issues they had.

I loved Kaja here, more so than in her own book I think, and all the characters coming together was wonderful. We even got this realms version of Bliss, and Max and Rye etc. I loved it. That was totally inspired.

Overall, a great book, I loved how Bronwyn was ultimately the one that was needed to save the war, and how she felt like she had grown into something so much more than she could have been, and it was a brilliant end to the series.

Definitely a series I will re read again and again.

I am woman. Watch me kick a lot of ass and bed two uber hot vampire princes. This book is the building battle cry of a strong woman, and her claim on control of her life where she had none before.

Epic. There is no better way to describe this book. Janet Evanovich tried to tie a Contemporary tale with a PNR world and, in my opinion, failed. Ms. Evanovich, take notes, because Sophie Oak could teach you a thing or two about how to blend worlds. We got touches of all of our characters from my favorite series, and how the alternate plane of existence thing translates, into yet another one of Sophie Oak's wonderful adventures.

Bron is a princess that was trained to be a wife, and that everyone assumed dead. Her "Dark Ones" knew otherwise, and they are on their way to finally claim their wife.

Bron goes through an emotional call to power. She went into hiding after she was killed by her Uncle's attack on her father's throne. That's right, she died. Luckily her betrothed is a Necromancer. Yes...zombies. But I swear this is a book that was steeped in sexual tension and explosive sex.

The first twenty percent or so went a little slower for me, but the rebuilding of the story we knew through Bron's point of view was so amazing to see.

This is how a series should end. It has an end. So many books I read now are never ending series, and to watch a story unfold and reach a conclusion like this was wonderful. HEA's can only happen if the author lets the characters ride off into the sunset. We are given an inspiring tale of life and death, and finding a power in ourselves even if no one else sees it.

Add in the smoking hot sex,(Have I mentioned I love mind meld sex?), and this is a book that is darn near perfect in my eyes. 5 stars. Love.

A couple of fav quotes from the book.....

"A man's worth isn't in how many women he's had. It's in how he loves the right one."

"The queen explained it to me. Girls must stick together because men are all idiots who often times think only with their man parts, and man parts are not smart. Girls must show loyalty to one another in the face of man part foolishness."

"No perfect lady could have survived. But a woman, a real woman, was strong and she didn't shrink from loving pleasure."

***warning, I got into some detail in this review so if you don't like spoilers you may not want to read this review***

I loved this story and the whole series! Bronwyn, Lach and Shim are a great 3-some. I loved romance and how they got together after being separated for so long. This book was a great conclusion to the series, wrapping up the continuing storyline of the series that decides the fate of the Beck and Cian (from book #1 Bound) and the Seelie throne.

Bronwyn is the princess of the Seelie line. When her Uncle killed her parents and seized power, everyone thought she was dead and she lived by posing as a peasant. Bronwyn has had dreams every night since she was a child (except for a few years after her Uncle's takeover) about her "Dark Ones". They all played together in her dreams as children and grew up together there. As she got older, the dreams started to change and become more intimate. When she told her parents about the dreams as a child, they thought she was touched (mentally) so Bronwyn didn't mention them to anyone again and doesn't realize that her "Dark Ones" are actually real men.

Lach and Shim are the crown princes of the Unseelie realm. They are symbiatic twins (1 soul in two bodies), Lach is the warrior of the 2 and Shim is the intellectual. They've been seeing Bronwyn in their dreams since they were children as well but they knew she was real. They even bonded with her during a time of great need 13 years ago. This has caused them some trouble, especially since their father doesn't believe they're already bonded and keeps seeing them as weak and in need of a bandmate and wont believe them when the try telling him about Bronwyn. They feel so much for her that they wont even sleep with other women, saving themselves for Bronwyn in every way. Admirable, but it causes them even more problems with their family and friends.

When the story begins, Bronwyn and her guardian/adopted sister, Gillian (a princess of the Unseelie that had been visiting during the uprising and saved Bronwyn) are living in a farming community. They plow fields and grow crops for their living and try to stay unknown and safe. Lach and Shim are in the Unseelie plane and the heirs to the Seelie throne, Beck and Cian are coming to visit the Unseelie King. Lach and Shim are excited because they see this as their chance to find Bronwyn. Shim has been able to see some things that Bronwyn sees and they believe that the Seelie princes will be able to tell them where to look based off what Shim describes. While a bit shocked to find out that their sister is alive, Beck and Cian do recognize the area Lach and Shim describe and they believe their story about their connection to Bronwyn and their bonding to her at an early age and from across the boundaries of the planes. This brings their father around and he finally believes Lach and Shim and allows them (albeit reluctantly) to go to the Seelie realm to find Bronwyn and Gillian. They travel with some others, including some vampire mercenaries and Dante and Kaja (from book #2 Beast) and make their way to the Seelie realm and the town of Aoibhneas (Bliss) where the populous is getting prepared for a rebellion. They chafe at the slow pace, only wanting to get to Bronwyn to keep her safe. Bronwyn isn't having a fun time of it on her end. The mayor of the town is blackmailing her in to agreeing to marry him or he'll brand her a witch. She and Gillian are just trying to go along until they can run but things take a turn for the worst and Bronwyn really is branded a witch and thrown in jail (as the pretender on the throne is killing off all non-pure Seelie and that includes any magic users not working for him). When Lach and Shim realize Bronwyn is in danger, they break away from their party and go to save her themselves, getting there just in the nick of time.

Things don't go perfectly when they save Bronwyn as she's been drugged in preparation for her being burned at the stake. The drugs cause her to be hazy about things and when she wakes up, surrounded by two men she thought were just dreams she's a bit freaked out. She recognizes them and realizes she has a connection to them and feelings for them but she's unwilling to accept things right off the bat, especially when Lach and Shim just want to bundle her up and take her back to the Unseelie realm, not allowing her to help her people. Bronwyn intends to leave on her own but there's an attack on the village she's been living in by one of the Hags working for the pretender King that has her coming back to help. She ends up not leaving Lach and Shim but tries to convince them to help her fight instead of carrying her off to safety. There's a lot of contention between the 3 on this because Bronwyn doesn't accept the full bond with her men because she feels they don't care about her feelings. The men do but since she hasn't bonded fully with them they don't realize just how important it is to her. They finally do bond and all three of them learn shocking information that takes some work getting past. Just when they're working things out, another attack by the Hag comes and this time she carries Bronwyn off with her. Bronwyn isn't scared though and uses her bond to tell Lach and Shim to get ready so they can take out the bad guys. Beck and Cian show up with a lot of help and the fight for the Seelie throne is on with Bronwyn being very pivotal in the conclusion. Things get settled and Bronwyn, Lach and Shim get to start their HEA.

I loved this book. Bronwyn, Lach and Shim are great and I loved seeing them love, learn and grow through the book. They all had to grow up to a certain extent in this book, both relationship wise and in their duties to their people as leaders. It's a great romance but is balanced well with the action plot as the main series story line is concluded. There are more crossovers in this book to Sophie's other series, the Bliss and Siren's series which are fun for us fans (but it wont ruin the book not to have read the other series). They are definitely worth the read (this is actually a reread of the series for me). I'd recommend both the book and the series. 2 thumbs up! :D

10/4/16 - This is a reread while rereading the whole series. I still love this book and think it's a great conclusion to the series. :)

Bronwyn lost everything the night her uncle invaded her home and killed her parents so he could take their throne for himself. Her brothers, princes Beckett and Cian, escaped but believing Bronwyn was dead they left her behind. She only survived with the help of the unseelie princess Gillian and the two have spent years in hiding hoping to find a way to escape and reunite with their families. Throughout her childhood Bronwyn dreamed of two men who she called her Dark Ones, they grew up with her and where her closest friends but their connection was lost the night she almost died and she has missed them desperately ever since.

Lach and Shim are the unseelie princes and symbiotic twins, one soul split into two bodies. Technically they should be fading away without finding their mate but they both bonded with Bronwyn across the planes the night she nearly died. For years the connection has been weak and they feared she might be dead but recently they've been able to connect with her through their dreams once again. Now they need to convince their father, and Bronwyn's brothers, that she is alive and desperately in need of their help. The seelie and unseelie must unite against the imposter king if they're going to have any chance of protecting all of the realms but it won't be an easy battle.

The first two books in this series were brilliant and my jaw almost hit the flaw when it was revealed at the end of the last book that Bronwyn was still alive. I couldn't get my hands on a copy of Beauty fast enough and I enjoyed every minute of it. We get to spend time with the previous couple and triad which was fun but I think Bronwyn, Lach and Shim probably had my favourite romance of the series. Lach and Shim have always known who Bronwyn was, in fact they sent their sister Gillian to the seelie court hoping to arrange their marriage, but things went to hell before anything could be arranged. Bronwyn on the other hand believed the guys were just a figment of her imagination so she gets quite the shock when they walk into town expecting her to marry them!

All three of them have very different personalities but put them all together and they balance each other out perfectly. There were a few frustrating moments when Bronwyn wanted to be allowed to fight for her people but the brothers wanted to hide her away and protect her but once they come around they're a force to be reckoned with. This book ties up the loose ends from the previous books, we've been building towards a war with Bronwyn's uncle for a long time now and it was satisfying seeing them all come together to take him down. It's been years since these books were first published but I'm really hoping that now Lexi Blake has made the decision to rerelease them that we might get an extra book with Gillian's story, I'd really like to see her get her own happy ending but I think enough hints were given in this book to give us a good idea how her life will turn out.

This has been a fun series to read and it's definitely one I'd recommend to paranormal fans who like a little Dominance and submission in their stories. I love how all of the books in Lexi's different series are loosely interlinked, and here we get to see a few familiar faces from Bliss and Texas Sirens but with a twist.

The first two books were great now the last I wish there were more than three in this series..
I emailed the author and she said the story is ended but she has been kicking around the idea of another book with more characters and What happened to Gilly? she ran away at the end of the book with Roan a vamp after her to bond promised by her father... she is the UNSEELIE PRINCESS and if you ask me that is a book... So.... EVERY BODY WRITE Sohie Oaks and ask her form one more book with/gilly and her Mercenery vamp trying to romance her into being his bondmate.. PLEASE EMAIL SOPHIE look up her profile on good reads and email her.

Now this last book is wonderful. LACK AND SHIM do find Bron and of course she think her dark ones she has been dreaming of since a child whom she played with since a wee one are just in her imagination. But she finds they are real when they locate her and save her life.. This book allows Dante to follow his dream and be the warrior he always wanted to be with his werewolf wife Kaja, as he follows Beck, Cian and Meg since they are now renegates per KING TORIN'S law, Just know Torin is Beck and Cians uncle who killed their father Seamus the REAL SEELIE KING 13 Years ago.. Now the symbolic twins beck and cian have formed the triad with meg and come into their real powers of legend, Storm Lord and Greenman so lord of water/wind and cian Lord of earth and plants imagine a vine of thorns growing wrapping around your throat and killing you.

So they meet with the UNSEELIE king and find he has a pair of symbolic twin boys too at age 30 who should be dead 'they share half a sould like Beck and Cian did. But sybolic twins must bond with their mate by age twenty five or they fade/die/ or go crazy and must be killed. but these two twins Shim and lach are find, and when they speak to Beck and Cian who are curious why they have not yet faded or lost the minds they say but we have bonded but we have never really seen our wife in person. They describe her, her past where she is now and beck and find realize it is their sister who was believed to be dead..

So Shim and Lack have come to their powers to not fully since the bond and not been truely completed with Bronwyn Beck and Cians sister But Shim is the Fire lord and Lack Lord of the dead necromancer....

so much in this book WAR, POLITICS, FAE of all kinds, creatures of all kinds fantasy, Vamps, werewolves and more.... love, lust in a sweet captivating erotic way HELLO... BOYS,.. come on over to my plane once again I would mail order a pair of these symbolic twins for myself...

Back to the book War is coming and it does and is spectacular so this book is just not for the ladies but for you guys too..... NO MORE SPOILERS..

READ IT.. I LOVED IT WILL probably read them all again... Oh SOPHIE WRITE ANOTHER FOR US.....PLEASE..

If you haven't found Sophie Oak yet, you have no idea what your missing! Her ability to blend BDSM elements with absolute heart melting romance is nothing less than magical. With her Faery series she takes those elements to a whole new plane. Literally!

In Beauty, the third (and possibly the last book in the Faery series, although I have my doubts, :) we finally get a look into the darker side of things. If you're familiar with Faery lore then you know I'm talking about the Unseelie plane. Lach and Shim are the princes of the Unseelie Fae, but have been written off as weak by their father. At a young age Bronwynn, Princess of the Seelie court, found them in their dreams. For years they played, laughed, and learned what love was together. The Twins knew that she was their destined mate, but their father and the rest of court wrote off their 'dream-mate' as pure fantasy.

Bronwynn lived a life of leisure until her power hungry Uncle decided to murderously usurp the throne. She barely escapes the castle with her life, but can't escape her home plane safety. Separated from her brothers, trapped in a kingdom ruled by a tyrant she has no choice but to hide in plain site. Taking on a new identity of a peasant, she lives a meager existence. Only in her dreams does she truly feel alive with her Dark Ones.

After years of separation the time has come. Lach and Shim feel the tides changing and know it's time to get Bronwynn. So begins an epic adventure to save the woman they love and bring peace back to the Seelie plane.

When I say epic and I mean it. Some people might not believe that an erotic romance could be considered epic, but honestly, there is so much that happens in this book that I'm at a loss at how much to say. I don't want to spoil anything, but WOW! So many laughs and so many tears (yes, expect to bawl like a baby near the end of the book) Sophie Oak proves again that plot, character development and an overall great story can come from an erotic romance. Check out Beauty, you won't be disappointed.

*For fans of Sophie's contemporary series Night's in Bliss you're in for a bit of a surprise when a quirky alternate plane version of Bliss, Colorado, including 'Crazy Mel', make an appearance!*

This is the first Sophie Oak book I had to force myself to finish. I, for whatever reason, couldn't attach to these characters. I loved the first book with Beck and Cian, didn't really care for the second book with Dante and Kaja, but my drive to see how the series would end kept me going. But I skimmed, and fast forwarded (kindle) to the end. I can't put my finger on a precise thing that I didn't like. I just didn't like the dragging of the story and Lach and Shim were not characters I was attracted to. Dissapointed to say the least, but not enough to give up my Sophie Oak addiction.

The best part of this book was the names and places that were, let's just say, the alternate plane of existence for our beloved Bliss characters.

Not sure what happened here, i really liked the first two stories. This one just seemed to drag on and on, repeating all the same insecurities and issues from the previous two books. And the heroine was a big drag. She was all "oh, whoeth me, why is it me, why has faith forsaken me..." Just a big blah, and the guys just ran around airing their doubts and trying to make things right by imposing their righteous know-how.
I was letting by mind drift by the time things started heating up and lost interest in the conclusion of the trilogy. All i can say is bring back Mag and her fist of fury!

I must say this was my least fav. of the series. I just couldn't connect with them and Bron got on my nerves. Loved seeing past characters. The first book Bound was my fav. by a long shot.
Just did a re-read and give this 3 stars. Bron was just too stubborn and I couldn't connect with her.

Just like with the other books in this series, this book was better than I expected it to be. Unfortunately, the thing that could have really made this story pop was neglected in favor of focusing on the completely angsty relationship between Bron, Lach, and Shim. All three of these main characters are a piece of work, with good reason. They've had a lot of craziness in their lives, so I forgive them their angst. Weirdly, though, I feel like their unique history should have tamped down some of that angst. They have basically been psychically connected since they were children. They KNOW each other. Communication shouldn't be an issue, even though Bron had thought they were products of her imagination for the longest time. But these three can't find their way through a conversation to save their lives. It was irritating, and I got sick of their dysfunction pretty quickly in this story. What could have helped this story to be epic would have been if all three of the main couple/trouples of this trilogy could have merged together in this story to finally find a way to get Beck and Cian and Bron's kingdom back from their horrible uncle. Did this happen in this book? Yeah. But all of the action and intrigue was packed into the last couple of chapters of the story. After so many years of exile and with all the danger involved in trying to take this kingdom back, it should have taken more time. It would have been fascinating to spend more time digging into how these characters find a way to work together, seelie and unseelie, to defeat the evil forces keeping their uncle in power. It was a missed opportunity, and it took this from what could have been an amazing end to the trilogy, to just being an adequate one. Three stars for this. I liked it well enough.

Bronwyn is the sole survivor of her royal family as they were attacked by people they should have been able to trust. Her only safety is in everyone believing her to be dead and although her life is not easy she has her visions about Lach and Shim to give her solace and stop her from feeling so alone.

Lach and Shim are royalty as well and they know that Bronwyn is their mate but finding her is another matter. Just when they are about to claim her the new life she has created comes crashing down and they come to her rescue and now all they need to do is convince her that they belong together.

I really enjoyed the characters as Lach and Shim have shown the depth of their love for her whether they were together or apart. Everything that Bronwyn has been through has only made her stronger and more resilient and she is a force to be reckoned with. This is a creative storyline filled with suspense and hot chemistry.

Beauty is the conclusion of the Faery trilogy.
The author wraps it all up very nicely with this book.

Bronwyn is the younger sister to the twin kings, Beck and Cian Finn. Believed to be dead, Bron has been living on her home plane under an alias for over thirteen years. She and Gillian, the sister to the Unseelie twin brothers have hidden out from her uncle after he killed her parents.

Now that her brothers have come into their power, she learned that her childhood dream playmates Lach an Shim are real and have come to seal their bond with her and rescue her.

But she doesn’t need rescuing. She needs to help defeat her evil uncle and help her brother reclaim their rightful place as Kings of the realm.

I was surprised how effectively the author wrapped everything up. It was great story telling and had the main characters from the first two books, as well as a couple secondary ones. I especially loved the way King Seamus’ shade was handled. However, I wish that Duffy was handled differently. But heroes like their warrior endings, don’t they?

All in all, this was a winning trilogy and the final book was damned good.

Beauty by Lexi Blake is book Three in the A Faery Story Series. This is the story of Bronwyn Finn, Lach and Shim McIver. I have read the previous book but feel this can be a standalone book.
Bronwyn's family was wiped out by her evil Uncle and he took over their Kingdom. Bronwyn was able to escape vowing to get revenge in addition to finding her dream princes. Lach and Shim know that their fated mate is out there. They are on a mission now to find her.
Enjoyed this hot story.

First off…if you haven’t read Bound and Beast, the first two books in this stunning series, then stop reading this and go back and get those books. Now! I’ll wait.

Ahhh, Beauty. The princess in the tower...For two books we thought Bronwyn Finn was dead and gone. Slain the same night her parents died at the hands of her uncle, Torin, during a bloody coup. But she survived with the help of her Dark Ones. Two males she shared dreams with since she was a child.

Shim & Lachlan McIver have dreamed of their mate since they were children. They grew up with her while in their sleep. They bonded with her. They knew her. Even when everyone else thought they were delusional. But they knew. And for the past 13 years, they’ve believed she was still out there—their bonded mate.

This book, y’all…this. book. If you are familiar with Sophie/Lexi’s Bliss series, you are in for some seriously fun surprises. Imagine the quirky town of Bliss, CO existing in it’s population entirety on a faery plane. But as with any Lexi Blake book, where there are laughter, there are tears. My heart was broken while reading this. My heart was mended.

While this may be the end of the faery stories, I’m feeling confident when I say that there are still some characters you’ll meet on this wild journey of a book that you will want to know more about, and I don’t have any doubts that we will see them somewhere again. Perhaps in Lexi’s Hunter series?

One can only hope! For Gillian, Roan, and Hunter’s sake. ;)

Bronwyn is the girl in the tower. Someone everyone thought was long gone. She may be a princess in name but this woman is all warrior. Her world got turned upside down and inside out is every way that it could. Bronwyn finds strength through her dark ones. A strength that has been growing and bonding for years through dreams.

Shim and Lachlan are Symbiotic twin heirs to the Unseelie throne. They are very much like Beckett and Cian of the Seelie court. The twins share a soul and need their mare to balance them out. Problem is their should be mate has been gone for many years. Or has she….. The connection shared through dreams has Lach and Shim on a mission that won’t stop until they find their mate.

Save the best for last….. Beauty was hands down my favorite of the Faery Trilogy. I can’t even put together words together to begin to describe the amount of enjoyment I had while reading this book. I loved the dreaming aspect of the story and the connection that it brought to the trio. Beauty was a fantastic finish to this wonderfully sexy trio of reads.

For anyone who loves the paranormal, this is the perfect Halloween read. The heroine, Bronwyn, is a lost princess, who is also a powerful conduit. Her heroes, Lach and Shim, are a necromancer and fire thrower, respectively. We also have vampires, werewolves, gnomes, brownies, and a phooka, along with mention of ogres, trolls, demons, and more.

Bronwyn has been bonded to Lach and Shim since childhood, but always felt they were something she dreamed up. The brothers, symbiotic twins who share a soul, knew she was real and their mate and were determined to find her and bring her back to complete them. But Bronwyn is even more determined to rid her kingdom of the false king who killed her father, tried to kill her and is trying to destroy all the magical creatures in the plane.

This is the third in the author’s paranormal series and includes characters and situations from the previous books, but it is a stand alone title. Some of the book was confusing, with people coming and going from different planes, and too much of the language was based on Celtish words, but overall, the author has created a world and peopled it with characters you want to get to know. In fact, many of them you already know if you’ve read her other books, as the people of Siren, Texas, and Bliss Colorado exist here, but on a different plane.

The sex is as hot as Shim’s firepower and although the brothers dominate Bron in the bedroom, they learn she is very much her own woman and a powerful queen outside of it. The three of them complete each other and learn to lean on each other throughout the book, although all of them are haunted by issues from the past.

Classifying this book is an exercise in how many words you can use: it is an erotic paranormal adventure featuring menage relationships and light BDSM elements.

In addition to the spooky creatures the book features some hair-raising adventures and is a distinctly satisfying read.

3.25 stars. Beauty is the third book in the Faery series and is Lachlan, Shim and Bronwyn's book. Lachlan and Shim are symbiotic twins, Unseelie princes and vampires. They have known for years that their destined mate is Bronwyn, who is the younger sister of Beck and Cian from Bound, book one. They have seen her in their dreams, but never met her. When she was a young teen, her family was torn apart by tragedy and she is thought to be dead. But she was saved by Shim and Lachlan's sister and taken away to the refugee plain. There she has lived anonymously in hiding. Lachlan and Shim thought she was dead, but the three of them meet in their dreams. When war threatens the Seelies and Unseelies, Lach and Shim find out that Bronwyn is still alive and go to save her from evil forces that threaten to take over everything.

I liked this story in general. I liked Bronwyn and her guys. But I needed more happy time together between them. They are separated for much of the book and, when they weren't, they were mostly fighting. I thought this was a good fantasy story and ending to the series, but I wanted a bit more romance. The end felt rushed without enough resolution (or a romantic making up scene). The epilogue was not even focused on them. I felt like Bron, Shim and Lach had been through a lot and I would have loved to see them together and finally happy, after having worked everything out. Still, I did enjoy the book in general.

Overall, this was a pretty good fantasy read. Bronwyn, Shim and Lachlan were perfect for each other. I have really enjoyed this series and I look forward to whatever Ms. Blake comes up with next.

This is a difficult book for me to rate. I liked the conclusion to the overall story that began in Bound, but I had a difficult time with the relationship between Bronwyn, and twins Lach and Shim. All three books had lessons learned and morals to the stories but, in the first two, they were deftly interwoven into a well written tale. This book felt preachy and, in my opinion, spent far too much time interrupting the flow of action with tangents - either internal thoughts and/or external dialog. To be honest, on it's own merits I'd give this book no more than two stars.

I lost patience several times with Lach and Shim, who often came across as rather weak, and a few times downright pathetic. There were also a couple of emergency moments when, rather than addressing the emergency with all due haste, characters stopped to pontificate. I really dislike that sort of thing...

It was fun to read about several alternate universe characters from Sophie Oak's Bliss and Texas Siren's series. Although, if you haven't read those books, it must have been rather confusing and a bit pointless to include so many side characters.

This is the perfect end to a wonderful story.

The final book of the Faery Story series does not disappoint. Beauty, A Faery Story, completes the story that started in the first book. The time has come from Beck and Cian Finn to take back their throne. Little do they know, their sister Bronwyn is alive and has been hiding on Tir na nÓg since its fall to Torin. She is ready to work from the inside to oust her evil uncle.

The renegade Seelie kings turn to the Unseelie for help. The Unseelie princes, Lachlan and Shim, have secretly bonded with Bronwyn across the planes. Though they have never met her, she is their wife and they will do what is necessary to keep her safe.

In addition to the new Unseelie characters, the book is filled with the characters from the last two books. Beck, Cian, Meg, Dante ( <3 ), and Kaja play vital roles in the book, as well as a slew of other Sophie Oak characters. The girl power in this book is awesome, and the cast of unusual creatures grows.

But more than anything, this is a beautiful story. I started crying about 3/4 of the way through the book and didn't stop until the end. It really makes me wish the series wasn't over.

Everyone thought Bronwyn, the Seelie Princess, died thirteen years ago when her Uncle Torin killed her father, the King. Little did anyone know that she was brought back and still living on the Seelie plane. Making a life as a peasant, her only joy coming from her Dark Ones who came to her in her dreams.

Lachlan and Shim were the Prices of the Unseelies, symbiotic twins. No one believed them when they said that they found their bondmate and that they had only seen her in their dreams. Believing that her Dark Ones were only figments of her erotic dreams, Bron has to confront her husbands and watch her world turn upside down.

This is the final installment to the Faery Story Series and it is one hell of a ride. Not only is there the story of Bron coming to terms that her Dark Ones are real, but she finds that she is the key to the very survival of her people and kingdom. All the characters return in this epic tale of love and sacrifice.

This was a great end to the series. I liked that Bronwyn sort of came into her own, even after her Dark Ones found her in real life. I also liked that the boys came to grips with their power. Of course there was sexing going on... this is Sophie Oak after all... but I honestly felt like the sex took a back seat to the story this time. Besides dream sequences that ended before culmination of anything, it didn't even happen until more than halfway through. While I ultimately enjoyed this story, there were a few parts that really dragged for me. I found myself wondering how much more was in the book. But generally, it was a nice finish for the series.

DNF, 40% of the book and the h and H are still only dreaming of each other!
Boring and confusing book. I cannot even imagine how this book was written by the same writer who wrote Beast in the same series. What an awful book, there were too many characters, too many plots, too much confusion between the Bliss plot-line and this one, too many planes of existence to bother with and worst of all, the erotica is only in the minds of the characters. I give up, this is really bad.

Beauty by Lexi Blake/Sophie Oak, the third book in her Faery Story trilogy just blew me away! This story is the quintessential Romantic Fantasy! It has everything you would want in this type of story: heroic characters, ultimate sacrifices, unexpected heroes/heroines, epic battles, and, of course, true love with a Happily Ever After. Readers should start with the first two books in the trilogy, Bound and Beast for continuity of the story. Three super fantastic stories. Not to be missed!

Excellent conclusion to the story. You need to read the other books to fully appreciate this story, but it is a balance of erotica with an actual fantasy story. The fantasy plot is not as developed or rich as a straight fantasy novel, but it is well done with good characterizations.

I enjoyed the conclusion of such a long 13 journey for the Finn siblings. However, Gillian McIver's book was need as she ran from her promised bondmates.

I Loved This Series❣❣❣❣I may be biased because I love Blake's idea of the supernatural world - I'm so in love with the Theives series! I love it when a book makes me experience the full range of emotions, so when I got my sad cry on I was fully satisfied - Lexi always fulfills my needs.

I loved all three of these stories, of course each book enhanced the next which made this final entry great. The women in this series have fierce souls, they are stubborn and loving.

In this book particular: Bronwyn is the heroine, once a beloved Seelie princess now a warrior future Unseelie Queen - I loved watching her transition.

So happy to see all the HEA's
Meg's
Kaj's
Bron's
I just would have like to see Gillian bond with her vamps... I think Roan is perfect for the challenge.

***Final note: I like the way Blake interwoven couples from her other books into this one. With her idea that everyone has a replica on the earth plane we get a chance to delve further into the relationships of many of the characters spoken of in this series in her other series - "Nights in Bliss" & "Texas Sirens". So maybe we will get Gillian's HEA after all.

I read these because of the slight intertwining portion for Stealing Summer and I am SO glad I did. These were amazing.
This is Lexi Blake writing as Sophie Oak and YUM.

Each of these is an interconnected standalone so you need to read them in order. They are quick and sexy reads and by the end you are completely obsessed with these characters and this world. Just a quick review for me  but they were amazing.

I loved the stregth of the heroines and the tenacity they showed book after book even when seated down. The heroines shined and the guys were just along for the ride. Girl. Power. But like, alpha yummy power too. Shifters and Magic and Vampires, OH MY.

Bronwyn lost her parents and died herself when her uncle took over the throne. She has been on the run for thirteen years but is about to make a comeback. Lach and his twin brother Shim are future kings. Their mate has been coming to them in their dreams until something breaks their connection. Bron’s brothers are the rightful kings and in order for them to take it back they must kill their uncle. Lach and Shim want to protect Bron but she has grown and is ready to take back what belongs to her family.

It’s a trek to different planes and fighting against evil. Vampires, gnomes, ghosts, hags, and other supernaturals. Surprise visitors, action, and a little bit of sexy times. I’m not sure if any of this makes sense but I enjoyed this story and hopefully they’ll be more.

I finished reading the series and Bronwyn's story today. I really enjoyed the book but have to admit to rushing thru the sexy scenes a bit. I was much more interested in the getting to the story itself. Loved that it was going to take a female character to save the kingdom (of course the men were going to help but she was going to lead the way). Shim and Lach are determined and loyal and there is a scene where you tear up just a tiny bit. I did enjoy there interactions but as I mentioned I enjoyed the resolution from the previous books in this story most of all. I thought the story culminated very well and the epilogue was a nice touch as well. If you enjoyed this series, and you haven't read the Thieves/Hunter series, you should try those books as well. You'll enjoy them as much as this series.
