Emerald’s life consists only of her daughter, work, and school, which are the three most important things to her. After leaving work on a Friday evening, her week from hell got worse, and she’s about to lose her mind until a knight in shining armor comes to her rescue.

Short and Spicy

This was a quick and spicy read. Some times I wonder if I would make the same decisions as characters in a book. Emerald is presented with a choice that will take her on a wild ride. She makes the right one!!! The Kingdom sounds like a fun place to visit.

This is a good read that sees Emerald, a strong and hard working young mum, being sought out by Makhi, an identical quadruplet, for their latest playmate. Makhi spotted Emerald by chance and it was lust at first sight. She was everything he and his brothers, (Malik, Maclin, and Mikael), were looking for in a woman. The characters are all believable and individual. The story and plot well written. A fun RH-MFMMM to add to your library.

This book had me feeling all types of things. Emerald has had the worst week, but when she takes a tumble and a handsome man comes to her rescue, that all changed. Makhi was a man who knew what he wanted and he wanted Emerald, but he wasnt the only one. Emerald was introduced to a life she wasn't expecting and really liked it. Come and read about Emerald and Makhi and the proposition he presented her.

I was hooked from the beginning of the story. Without spoiling anything I will say that the sex scenes had me wanting more and I want to be the main character in real life LOL. I had to stop several times while reading the to catch my breath. It definitely had me singing Fire & Desire in my head. The book was well written. I enjoyed it very much. :)

Just started reading the backlist of Lorrain, and this one is as of right now, is my least favourite.

The pacing even for a novella feels very off. The writing feels a little immature & noticeably mediocre.

I hated how unbelievably the date night was. The spice scenes took me out of the story.

I’m still going to continue to read her work, but definitely focus on her more current novellas & novels!

This novella is short and so flippin sexy. I love menage romances! This is a firt read for me by the author. I received a copy via booksprout. Emerald is a single mom and she find Makhi and his brothers..or rather they find her. The story line was there, I just wish it would have been a little more story line instead of sexy line.. so for that alone I'm going with an average rating. It was sexy. The guys are sexy.. Emerald was one lucky girl.
I don't normally downgrade a reveiw for length...and I don't think I did here either, but the story lacked a bit of anything but sex. I love erotica, menage, and all that good stuff, but I do prefer a bit of angst, or suspense, or something along with all that sexy.

***Spoiler Alert*** Emerald is a single mom trying to make a better life for her and her child. She has a series of bad luck when she loses a promotion, her car breaks down. Makhi has been stalking Emerald for a while. He fell in lust with her and isn’t sure if his brothers will go for her as well since they share everything. An opportunity opens for Makhi when Emerald falls while rushing to get to the bus with her child. He helps her out and takes her home and gets her to agree to go on a date with him. Currently, she has no idea who he is. They hit it off on the date and she winds up spending the night with him. In the morning she meets Makhi’s brothers and finds herself having feelings for them. This scares her and she rushes home and then ignores Makhi. Once Makhi corners her into explaining what happened she the realizes that they come as a package.
This book was a quick read. I felt she could have done more character and plot building though.

Makhi finds Emerald a sexy single mother struggling to but herself threw school, working hard and taking great care of her daughter. He has been following and tracking all of her life. He knows everything about her and makes it his mission to find out who she is. He wants her and plans to make her theirs. A fact that sets this book to a whole other level cause not k ok not does Emerald get Makhi she get Malik, she gets Mikael and she get Maclin. There identical quadruplets and they share everything even the woman the will make theirs permanently.

The book had a catchy blurb so I downloaded and jumped right in! It was well written and kept me turning the pages! I like her version of controversy. It gave me insight on things I'd not thought of. I have no issues with multiplayer relationships. It was an extremely steamy story! I will check out more of her books.

Short but oh so hot! Wow did this almost melt my kindle! This story as has sweet aspects but it is mostly hot! There is a wonderful MFM story line and it makes the reader happy. The characters are great and they have a way with each other that adds to the story line; they connect on a deeper level and the reader can feel it! This is my first read from this author but not my last. If you are looking for a fast, steamy and great read this is it.

This is a great short fast read. The second chance for love for a single mom is wonderful and she gets that love times 4. The chance at her daughter getting a father is wonderful. Lots of steamy and erotic/ BDSM scenes but it plays well into the book.

I don't normally read books with multiple partner storylines, it's just not my thing. Something told me to give this a try though. Hot dang I'm glad I did. Sizzling Sexy Story. This story is short but the sex scenes and characters were very developed. Love the fact the female character doesn't deny a chance to be happy and the men are so Daddy it is heart stopping. I read the other full stories by this author and happy to say her short stories are even better because short but oh so Sexy.
