Love & Expectation by Grace Fisher was a lovely fast read. I was able to finish the book in a few hours time. The story did not get bogged down; it kept me interested throughout. The characters were wll developed and the story line was good. There were several twist in the storyline that I didn't see coming. I wanted more story to read when I had finished. I liked the ending and it didn't leave you hanging but I do want to know what happens next and what happened to several of the other characters. I thoroughly enjoyed this novella and look forward to reading more books by Grace Fisher. I did receive an ARC of this book and voluntarily gave my honest and fair review.
The concept and characters were believable. But it was too short for the plot to develop fully, the characters to grow and hopefully courtship leads to marriage.
It is hard to understand the number of grammatical errors included in such a short story.
The additional stories included as a bonus are a major disappointment, since they do not fit the same perameters and or genre of the book chosen to read.
